I have never used any type of cleansing or makeup remover wipes before. I purchased Neutrogena wipes after breaking my nose b/c I was unable to wash my face with regular scrub or cleanser. Well, I'm hooked! These wipes remove all dirt and oil on days when I don't wear makeup and they remove my makeup (including eyeliner and mascara) when I have a full face on. I love them! :)

They work well to remove all types of makeup, and I they're much easier to use than typical foaming cleanser and water. They'll leave your face moisturizer and clean.

I too have used these makeup remover towelettes for years with no problem. I really liked them, but ended up with a very bad rash and swelling on my face, eyes and neck. The package I had just bought was LOT2357NK 15 09 : 18. I am now taking medicine to stop the intense swelling and itching. I still like the product and will go back to it after this all clears up, as I am hoping it was just a bad batch.

Been using this product for years and loved everything about it. I can't stand the new smell. It is very strong and I dislike it so much I've thrown away the entire pack. Will have to find a new product, and that breaks my heart since I was 100% pleased with the original version. Is there any chance Neutrogena would consider changing it back to what it was?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They have such a subtle but clean fragrance, and make my skin feel very clean. They're great to remove makeup or touch anything up, like eyeshadow. Can be great even when you don't feel like washing your face.

These makeup wipes have been my go-to for a very long time!! They remove stubborn makeup and also smell great. They are soft which is a plus. I also appreciate the fact that you only need one makeup wipe to completely remove any makeup look! Whereas, some brands, you may need to use more than one which can be a waste.

These wipes are good for taking off the dirt and grime but it leaves a weird feeling on the skin. Thankfully, that feeling can be removed after washing your face with a cleanser. It wasn’t for me because you have to really rub the skin to get the makeup off and I would always breakout after using.

This is my go to remake up remover! I have heard some say it can make them oily but since I’m a little on the dry side now that I’m 40 (eeek!!!) I don’t have any issues with it making my skin oily. The wipes remove everything so fast and are for travel!

Like others have mentioned, these may be ‘new,’ but they are not ‘improved.’ Have used them for many, many years, but I will not buy another pack until the original formula is back. My skin is now dry, red and burns. The wipes are smaller and have a very abrasive feel to them. Just beyond disappointed.

They are so soft and hold strong even with tough makeup. The fact they are plant based makes me love them even more. They leave your face feeling so soft, I will definitely be looking out for these.
