I was disappointed when I opened the container to find that the product is made of a gel-like substance. I hate gel deodorants, because they always feel sticky. I re-read the labels, and there is no mention of gel. Anyway, I used the deodorant and then an hour later, I took another shower to wash it off. When it was on, it felt like my armpits had glue on them. This brand new 85g container of Dove deodorant is now in the garbage. And since Dove did not put GEL on the label, I will be leary about buying similar Dove products.

Been using extra fresh for YEARS and accidentally bought this new formula about a month ago. Tossed it (didn't know it was a new formula at the time, thought it was just a bad batch?) but it was so bad, wore off within hours and I smelled awful. Bought it again and it must have been the old formula cause I had no further issues and all was well....until I ran out. Ended up with the new junk again and same thing. So it looks like I'll be switching brands. Bummer. I used to love this stuff and now it's back to the drawing board. Goodbye Dove :(

I have used DOVE soaps for over 40 years and really like the products ,, really glad to see u come out with a shower soap.. and I really like that also .. ,, but have a few problems with the bottles since a recent health issue,, dont have the grip to squeeze the bottle .. but as for the soap ? YES TOTALLY satisfaction.. as usual .. PLEASE make the bottle easier to squeeze ,, wouls also like to see these scents in your deoderant ,, if u can come up with a POWDER SPRAY really enjoy your scents,,THANKS DOVE!! keep up the good work !

Mainly its the brand that's usually the cheapest as I thought that there was really no difference compared to all the others. But that notion was completely changed by using Dove Men+Care. The scent was nice and seemed to last all day compared to my usual deodorant which lasted only a couple of hours. It also kept me dry far longer then the my normal deodorant. Overall, Dove has changed my opinion about deodorant. I am not sure I can over go back to the value brand after using this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dove Men+Care deodorant has many things to like about it. The first thing I noticed was the really fresh clean smell opening it up. Once i used the deodorant the smell lasts all day, giving you a clean fresh feeling. I also like how you raise up the deodorant from the container, the whole bottom rotates around and not a small wheel that tends to break. Now the most important aspect of a deodorant, did it work to stop perspiration and still leave you smelling fresh and clean. Yes this deodorant works great. While working out at the gym i didn't even notice any perspiration from my underarms at all and i could still smell the fresh sent after my workout. The one thing I like most about this deodorant is the smell its just a really clean smell. I give this product 5 stars for a great smell, quality of the containers twisting application and for its ability to keep you dry all day long.

Smells like the formula changed again! We dealt with this a year ago, and my most recent purchase of this product has me smelling like I put on a lavender 'Secret' product my wife uses. This really needs to stop - your customers expect consistency, and it shouldn't be a guessing game what my deodorant smells like, every time I get a new pack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dove Men+Care Antiperspirant is a great product, it goes on dry no sticky mess to deal with and it have a very nice fragrance that I love and it's just the right balance not over powering, it is not in competition with my cologne, the thing I love about this Dove Antiperspirant is that it all day, I do a very physical job that have me sweating a lot even in the dead of winter and with all of that it not problem for the Dove. The last thing I want to mention is the easy turn knob it's amazing, I would recommend this product to any Guy that want to stay smelling clean and fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whoa! 2 pack of Dove Men+Care Antiperspirant in the Mail! Yes!! Nice slim design. Opened up the package and wowzers, what a nice subtle scent. Easy application and very clean and dry feeling. I really didn't even feel like I was wearing anything because it dried immediately. No wetness, no stickiness on application. Very smooth and dry. I could tell the antiperspirant was working and could smell the long lasting fresh scent all day. 48 hours....This could be a 7 day freshness. Very pleased with the scent and all day feeling. What Dove left out was the bar soap. While showering the next morning after application, the Dove antiperspirant was very sticky and extremely difficult to wash off with my normal bar soap. Now I completely understand why it claims to have 48 hour freshness....because it does not come off! It took using some shampoo to wash out the Dove antiperspirant from my manly underarm hair. Maybe time to shave the pits...haha. Overall this was a decent long lasting smooth and easy application antiperspirant with staying power!
