I have only had this for a few weeks. I have read the online manual, by the way , is not as informative as I would have hoped. And rarely has a load been dry with auto sense. I almost always have to do time dry after the initial cycle has completed. It is frustrating. Again the most frustrating part though is a coherent manual. Multiple models are included, then there will be several pages on one, then skip, several more pages, with little to no description of the cycles. 2 sentences here, later 2 more and you try to put all the info together. It is an absolute mess. Therefore I have not used some of the options, cycles, etc

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been awhile since I had a washer and dryer so when we sold our home and moved into a new place that was one of the first appliances we got. I really love my LG washer and Dryer. I really like all the different options on it. And the self diagnosis feature is really neat and super easy to use .. I also like the chime / tune noise that they make when the load of laundry is finished. Would recommend these products for sure! They work great and have plenty of options for different wash cycles.

The dryer door let's the lent collect around the seal instead of the lent trap. They brought me a replacement, and it does the same thing. They then sent out a repair man who was a joke. With out even really checking it out, he said it was a manufacturing defect . And I'm stuck with a defective product. Not pleased at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was in need of a new Washer & Dryer as my old set was close to 20 years old. After doing some research I decided on going to this front loading LG electric dryer that was WiFi enabled. I had removed the old dryer and thoroughly cleaned the dryer vent. I did have trouble with frequently getting the error code d80 when drying large loads of items like towels. Made sure the dryer vent was not collapsed or kinked and that the dryer vent was not clogged. Checked the dryer vent cap on my roof and as it turned out it was too small and was installed improperly when my house was built. I found and purchased a new, larger and much better vent cap for the roof. Had a roofer change it out problem and was completely resolved. No more error codes and clothes dried faster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having recently purchased the LG gas dryer on March 2, 2024, I am compelled to share my wonderful experience with this appliance. From the outset, the sleek design of the dryer caught my attention. It's not just about aesthetics; this dryer is designed to fit seamlessly into your home without taking up unnecessary space. What truly sets this dryer apart is its advanced technology. LG has clearly put thought into efficiency and performance, as my clothes are drying much faster than they did with my previous dryer. This has been a game-changer for my busy lifestyle, allowing me to get laundry done more efficiently while also conserving energy. The intuitive features and user-friendly controls add to the overall experience, making laundry less of a chore and more of a seamless part of my day. It's evident that LG understands the needs of their customers, integrating both form and function into their appliances. In summary, my new LG gas dryer has not only met but exceeded my expectations. Its combination of sleek design, advanced technology, and efficient performance make it a standout appliance. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their laundry routine. Kudos to LG for yet another stellar product!

I bought this dryer along with the matching washer a little over a month ago. Am very very happy with both units!! I had them stacked in my utility room to reclaim some room and although I need a step stool to reach the controls and remove the clothes, I LOVE these! Its perfect how the lint screen is right is front and fairly easy to remove and replace. The dryer has a light that stays on for a short while so you can be sure to remove all the clothes and the units chime when they are complete!! It was so funny, the first few times after either the washer or dryer had completed its cycle, and the unit chimed, my dogs started barking at it!!! Its pretty funny. Anyway, I would highly recommend the unit! I haven't used all the features yet only having it for a few weeks, but am very happy with the features I have used.

I’m not sure what more you can ask for from a dryer, it’s quick, efficient and the app notifies you when the dry cycle is done. The fact that I can stack it on my washer and it looks sleek are a bonus. The only downside is the fresh looks will make me want to update the laundry room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dryer went out and I was ready for a new one. I did what most do and spent forever reviewing different ones and narrowing down to this dryer. If I’m honest I fell in love with all the features and review for the washer and found just as good of review for this dryer. I love it. It’s quiet and loads do not take forever to dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had our new dryer for about a month and we love it. It’s easy to use and the variety of cycles gives us plenty of options. We love the large capacity - we used to have to take large blankets and comforters to the laundromat because our previous dryer couldn’t handle them but the new LG dryer can easily handle larger loads. It’s also very quiet. And it looks sharp too.

We moved into a new house and had to replace all of the appliances. We chose to go with LG units for everything. This dryer had to be converted to propane but the Service Tech did it in a matter of mins. The unit works well. It is quiet and efficient. We are still learning about some of the advanced features but are impressed so far.
