[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the dryer for a few weeks now and no complaints. It is nice looking and I love the various settings. My husband likes the "steam fresh" setting to freshen up hoodies that have been in a drawer for awhile also great for getting out wrinkles! No more ironing but who irons anymore. I love the sing songy tune it plays when it is done, The washer does it as well. Great dryer thank LG

I was ready to like this model based on the glowing Consumer Reports reviews. What really stuck with me over the past 3 weeks is how it just disappears. It's quiet and just works. I love the notification on my phone. The old 50-year-old dryer this one replaces sounded like a ready mix concrete truck full of bowling balls. Now I forget it's running.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new LG washer and dryer. The XL capacity tubs are great! The smart features are really good and the dial for the different settings are really nice. I had my old set for 15 years and I hope my new LG last as long or longer. Plus they look amazing!

So far so good! The dryer seems to work very well. We purchased the optional pedestals to make the machine more accessible. No More bending down and getting on one knee to reach into the dryer. We have had the machine a little over a month, and so far we are very happy with the purchase. I have surprisingly liked the LG Thinq app . It is handy when checking the progress of the load and getting alerts when it is complete and I'm not close enough to the laundry room to hear the dryer's chime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased with my new dryer. It has lots of settings but they dont’t usually automatically set to low to I end up just setting it myself. It’s tricky to get it to dry pants all the way this way at first. It catches sand and dirt debris on the door ring and the catcher doesn’t open up like some others do so it’s easier to clean. I love how it looks I just wish it automatically used low heat like most clothing requests.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this set based on LG's reputation and very glad I did. The dryer is so quiet I keep checking to see if its running and it dries quickly. The various settings are ideal for what I need. Its so pretty, too! I will add that the only thing I did not like was the energy saving feature and I was able to disable that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer out performs expectations with ease of use. Drys even comforters in once cycle, love the steam clean feature, and i know this sounds silly, but love the cheery chimes to let you know load is done….. like the app the also lets me know when cycle is done…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had it a short time, but I'm extremely impressed with the features and performance. Normal cycle does the job nicely. Didn't think I'd be into the other cycles, but decided to give them a try and YES!! Definitely fun and user friendly. LG is definitely one of my top brands if not the Best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this set and can not believe the difference in our clothes. Have been using front load sets for many years, but LG does the greatest job. Used the steam setting on husbands jacket that had hung in closet for several years. You would have thought it came back from the dry cleaners.

It was time to update my LG washer and dryer after over 15 years of faithful service. They both worked fine but I was anxious to replace them before I had a problem. With regard to the model DLGX4001B dryer, it’s amazing what technology advances have taken place in 15 years! The washer/dryer is WiFi enabled so that I can check the cycle progress on my phone and receive Alexa alerts once the cycle is finished. The dryer is paired to the washer so for example when the wash cycle for Towels is complete, the dryer automatically pre-selects the dry cycle for Towels. There are more cycles and each is much more unique with this model compared to my 15 year old machine. This model also features steam functions. It runs whisper quiet, smooth, and is solid as a rock. The unit looks great in black steel but a minor complaint is that the LED panel is a bit hard to see so I need reading glasses and a flashlight if I want to choose any of the many available dry options.
