Bought for an upgrade for a set included in the purchase of the Lake House. Compared to an LG set bought 5 years ago for the same cost for my primary home, there has been substantial improvements in performance and features.

Poorly assembled screws that should be removable are tightened so tight they strip instead of coming out. Which puts stress on the cheap piece of plastic causing it to crack.

My 2 month-old LG gas dryer doesn’t heat. Instead of replacing my dryer, they say they will fix it. IT’S BRAND NEW! Do not buy an LG dryer unless you like lemons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a month ago and we love this dryer so far. Has excellent features, including the steam option, and is easily large enough to accommodate a large load of clothes.

Next to nothing on this dryer works properly or efficiently. One single 100% cotton sheet in 'Normal' mode (57 minutes) comes out damp. 'Steam Refresh' wets the clothing and wrinkles it worse.
