[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with my Samsung 55” Crystal UHD. It is very simple for me to use as a 71 year old. The picture is always clear, color is always great and I have figured out how to use many of the functions of this tv. I use it for watching my soap operas on demand, movies that are available on Samsung and other outlets, baseball games and just watching tv in general. I have a Samsung tv in my house in CA and my condo in HI. It was a very easy choice to make when I was replacing it.

Sound comes through the speakers with surround volume and a good bass-to-treble range. It connects to smart devices right away, and changing channels, switching to movies, or watching Samsung TV is a breeze. Great picture, great sound, all for a great price. Jolly good show!

I bought a 65" Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV CU7000(UN65CU7000FXZC) about a month ago. If I wanted to buy something at this quality and specs, I would end up paying well above CAD 1000, while I paid some 65% of closest competitors prices like LG, Sony. Tons of options, and FREE TV is loaded on Tizen, and you won't be able to find anything close to this everywhere. Picture Quality is just superb, setup. I think 65" is the minimum size you need to appreciate the picture quality and immense details, which you would lose if buying 50-55. Gaming is OKAY; honestly, a bit above OKAY, but not superior. Although, big screen compensates for this. I love this TV very much. SO SATISFIED.

The Tizen built-in computer provides a great deal of features that make this tv our favorite in a house with 4 other tv's. The picture clarity is also amazing and one that has us fully engaged in everything we watch. We have already recommended this to our friends and family, who were also blown away when they saw the quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having not purchased a television in almost 15 years, I strolled upon this model. It was tucked away behind a couple other options at a big box store. Price was comparable to similar products. So I did a little research and quickly found out why someone had tucked this on (the last one) away behind other televisions. The picture is amazing the sound quality impeccable. I could not be happier. After being out of the market for so long I was not sure what to expect and was kind of nervous. The set up and registration was quick and easy. I al a customer for life.

This is my first “smart. TV” The picture is excellent very clear. The sound is good, took a bit of finagling to pair it with my sound bar (not a Samsung) but now it's recognized when the set comes on. Alexa still struggles with commands. There's no Alexa app?! I recently canceled my tv service provider due to increasing prices. I was pleased to find the majority of the programs I watch had an app so I can still enjoy most of the shows…. but no TCM!! Can you work on that? The only disappointment was that the remote doesn't have voice control I was really surprised by that. I would recommend this product.
