No back aches, so that was good at least. After a couple of weeks, we started to settle in and now love it! Very happy with our decision to purchase.

I always thought Stearns & Foster was just too expensive for my budget but have gone thru 3 other mattresses in the past 5 years. With the zero interest rate financing, this was not only affordable but I'm sure it will last much, much longer than my previous buys.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Stearns and Foster mattress. We loved our first one but when it needed replaced, we decided to try a memory foam mattress. That was a big mistake! That bed was only comfortable for less than a year. We just replaced it with a new Stearns and Foster and couldn't be happier. We are sleeping much better, have less hip and back aches through the night, and we know this mattress will last much longer than the memory foam one we had.

This mattress is very comfortable. The problem I have is it is supposed to be to be 16”. I bought sheets for this. They did not fit properly. I have since discovered the bed is actually 14”. I feel cheated because it is not what it was suppose to be. I could understand if it was 1/4” off, but not 2”. Which makes me say don't trust Stearns and Foster!

My husband severally broke his neck four years ago. After several surgeries, metal plates, brackets and screws he can only sleep flat on his back, all night, every night! And every night he would snore, very loudly. I ended up sleeping in another room. The first night on our new StearnsandFoster bed I was able to sleep the entire night with him. He didn't snore! The second night his snoring was the quiet breathing I was used to hearing for the 53 years we've been married. Thank you for the support we both needed for a good nights sleep.

We love this mattress. After changing 3 different mattresses we finally found the one that we can sleep without waking up in pain. We have the soft tight top. I am really surprised this is the definition of soft, but the mattress feels really comfortable yet very stable.

We purchased this mattress in 2025. We tested the floor model and it seemed like a good fit. BUT within a few weeks of sleeping on it it became lumpy, and still is. We should have returned ii within the allowed time but we thought it needed a breaking in period. With much regret we're stuck with it. We will buy a new mattress soon to replace this one. We won't return to a Stearns and Foster brand.

I have been sleeping well for 65 years on Stearns and Foster mattresses, and this year, 2026, was a time for an upgrade. The first mattress was purchased by my fiancé and me at Fair Mercantile in St. Louis, Missouri. We bought a canopy bed frame to accompany the mattress and box springs. We were stylin’, let me tell you! After a few years it was time to purchase beds for children and Stearns and Foster was our choice. In early 1990 we were ready to refresh our bedding.,we purchased, you guessed it, Stearns and Foster at Robb and Stuckey in Orlando, where we now lived. We have been always, so happy with firm and supportive bedding. Come to 2026, and I received the Consumer Report issue of mattress and bedding “picks”. I studied and shopped for almost two months for new bedding, and in the process came back to Stearns and Foster! There are many more choices in bedding today than years ago, to be sure, but the endgame for me was/is the names Stearns and Foster, plus the association with Tempurpedic. I ordered the Estate Pillow Top Firm Queen and the Ease frame. In two months now, I can fall asleep in five minutes and sleep well all night! No surprise there, as that’s always the way sleeping on a Stearns and Foster mattress has been, since 1960! The Ease frame was a new choice, and the fact that I have an acid reflux issue made the decision a wise one. I am faring well with the adjustable head of bed. I bought this mattress for my mom & dad as a gift, they absolutely LOVE it! My dad has sleep apnea, so he hast to sleep on his back and my mom has multiple medical problems, including an autoimmune disease that affects her muscle muscles, she is in constant pain. Both of my parents said the mattress is so comfortable that they are able to comfortably sleep through the night and their pain has lessened. They are thrilled with this mattress, and I am thrilled for my parents that the mattress has been so good for their health.
