[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best mattress I have ever owned, it is by far the most comfortable, I even catch my sister coming over to visit just so she can take a nap on it, the pillow top contours to your body, even my kids love it, with this mattress I actually feel rested, this is definitely the best mattress ever

My wife and I were in need of a good mattress due to problems with our backs, we purchased our mattress at Ashley Furniture were we tried many out and settled on the Sterns & Foster Estate Firm Pillow Top. Our first night was getting use to the firmness and after that it was sleeping like a baby, we love our new Sterns and Foster mattress, we spent more than we wanted to but it was well worth it. We love our new mattress and are telling all of our friends. Thank You Sterns & Foster for a great mattress.

We were in need of a new mattress (ours was 18 years old) and in very bad condition. After doing some research, we decided on a Firm, pillow top. We've had it for 2 months, and already the mattress is sagging. We decided to go with a Sterns and Foster because of the reviews and it seemed like the Top of the Line product. $3,000 + and we are sorely disappointed. I'm happy there was a 120 day guarantee with it, we will go back to the store and select a different mattress. It took 10 years for our old mattress to start failing, this took 2 months. It started out really good, we slept better, felt supported, now we feel like we're on a hill toward the center. We will not choose the mattress without the pillow top for fear it will do the same thing. We will chooses a different brand, Sadly.

I tried this for 30 days and I do not like all the memory foam in this mattress, it's too hot to sleep, I sweat all night long and I am used to a traditional innerspring mattress, and I do not like that there is no bounce back or is really slow to bounce back, the memory foam is very prominent. This mattress was not soft enough for me (my body would fall asleep if I was sleeping on my side and my shoulder would hurt) but may have been if it weren't for all the memory foam. I do have issues with back/neck pain. This was a good quality mattress and I hope Stearns and Foster changes or adds a model that doesn't have so much memory foam in a soft TT or soft pillowtop that is affordable. I would hope to try this in the future because it seems like a well-made mattress and I never experienced what they were like before Tempur-Pedic acquired them, maybe I would have liked them then but couldn't afford it at the time. Hope this helps someone, and I hope Tempur-Pedic can make a mattress without so much memory foam!

Have been sleeping on a queen size Stearns and Foster mattress over 40 years. The latest model is designed differently then previous models. The smaller box spring makes a little noise at times when getting on and off the bed. Other than that we sleep very well. Well made product.

I recently bought a Sterns & Foster Estate Mattress from a major retailer. The first week we had the Mattress we were very happy since it replaced a 23 year old Mattress. At the end of week two we began to see a small sag in the middle of the mattress and it generally got worse over the next ten days. Now mind you myself and my wife weigh a combined 300 pounds so we know it was not a weight issue. Beginning of the fourth week we went back to the retailer with several pictures of the sagging which was now visible by the naked eye. After some haggling with them whether we were using our discomfort reselect we selected a different brand mattress. By our own measurements this mattress developed a 2 1/4 sag within one month of purchasing it from the retailer. I am very surprised this happen with a great American Company which has been around for 150 years. I have numerous photos which I wish I could post to show this obvious manufacturing defect.

Bought the Matress and it was returned for a replacement. The displayed mattress was better and not the same as the one delivered. I would not recommend and customer, especially any z veteran waste their money. Big hope, very low quality. The mattress is like a boat after 4 months. It's not worth buying. You pay for the name and not the Quality. DO NOT BUY. My old mattress was better that this piece of junk,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is really great. It is firm enough that I do not sink into it, but it isn't hard either. It is thick enough that all of the new sheets fit it too. I hadn't had this brand of mattress before this one and I wish I had tried it sooner. Other mattresses I had in the past were always too soft. This mattress being firm is going to help my back pain and I'm already sleeping better. It is too squishy and is far from firm. It is also extremely hot to sleep on. It cannot be flipped, however we do, because the side without the foam is more comfortable and less hot. In short, you'd be better off financially and loads more comfortable buying a futon and sleeping on that. This mattress has changed my life by causing me to wake up every morning with a backache. I haven't had a good night's sleep since we purchased it. I am tired, achy and grumpy. There is absolutely nothing to love about this mattress. Don't be a fool! Save your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere!!!
