However, I consider it acceptable and if you mix it with mayonnaise or other sauces and make it a salad or a dish, it would be much better. Pricewise, I think it's not bad. The price is a little steep at $25 per pound. Also, there is a decent amount of water in the package, so the full pound, that you pay is not the full pound of meat.
