There’s 3 settings for time, massage level and air compression intensity. Heat is also available as well. Medium air with high massage is perfect for me. If you’re looking for a foot massager that is compact and perfect for a quick relaxation, buy this! My only qualm is that I wished it heated up faster. I have Planter Fiscitis in my right foot and this massager has helped so much to relieve the pain. I love that it has a heat function and the Shiatsu rollers with 3 intense levels to knead away my foot pain. I wear a size 11 in women's shoes, and I have plenty of extra space to fit my feet very comfortably. This thing is a powerful and exactly what my feet needed. I definitely recommend this product to everyone!

His planter fiscitis had been flaring up to where it made just walking for short duration very painful. Love how the liner is removable for cleaning / wiping down after each use. I also love how portable it is so when my fil's feet acts up he can use it also.

We both love the air compression the most it feels nice with the rollers. We think it can give off a slight more pressure of more kneading or roller feel to really hit the points but overall very well impressed I can’t wait for cold winter nights to warm and relax my feet in . It’s also not noisy at all.

I actually shattered my foot about 2 years ago and I’ve been scared to have any pressure or anyone touch it since surgery. I love that this massager allowed me to control the pressure and speed of the massage. It has so many helpful settings and the heated option will be perfect for Christmas. I also love that you can wash the foot sleeves! This would make an amazing gift!

There are several settings on this foot massager to get a great massage and it is so great that my husband has had a little break from rubbing my feet (I have plantar fasciitis). I’m hoping with regular use my plantar fasciitis will heal. This is an amazing device!! There are a few things that I want to nitpick about- the images on the machine that shows the different settings are very hard to see. I really wish they would’ve either made it to where they were backlit or a darker color to make it easier to see. It would be helpful if it had a remote. The heat setting doesn’t appear to work, but that is not a deal breaker at all for me because it is kind of toasty in there to me anyways. I really enjoy using this and my husband is loving it too. It works for both of our different sized feet - I wear a size 7 (women’s) and he wears a 13 (in men’s).

It massages my soles and compresses the side of my feet - feel good sensation! It has 3 different settings on time you can choose from! You can also choose from high, medium or low when compressing your feet and massaging the soles of your feet. It’s separate settings so you could tune both differently! If you like both these settings to be the same at any of the 3 levels you can choose between M1-M3. M3 being the toughest on your tired feet. If your feet are cold it has a heat on/off setting as well! The portion where you put your feet in is detachable fabric so you can unzip and wash it!!

They have higher and softer options. My boyfriend tried first and had the setting set to 15 minutes, so I tried and did the same thing and then we were fighting over who would use it next.
