This griddle is better than a Blackstone which I also have. I've had it for about a year and a half and use it multiple times a week. My only disappointment is that the paint on the lid (left side of lid) started to peel and rust. It stays covered about 95% of the time when not in use. I still recommend and hopefully Sams will replace the lid.

About 5 years ago my friend bought a Blackstone and I liked it so much I bought a Char-Griller griddle from Menards. I recently saw this at Sam's and liked the cabinet and hinged lid so I bought it. It is fantastic! It heats up fast and has a more even heat cooking surface. No hot or cold spots. It also has very solid, lager side tables. I am extremly happy with this griddle and would suggest it to anyone who wants a new one.

I bought the stainless steel version during Covid, about 5 years ago. It's been serving very well. I have no regret. One request: please make the cover available for purchase as an after-sale for those of us that purchased when there were no covers. I have had to buy Blackstone covers to protect it from environmental effects like rain and dust.

I purchased the 4-burner Member’s Mark Gas Griddle in February 2025. With an upcoming event in July, I decided to finally put the grill together with two days until the event. After assembling about 70% of the grill, I saw a missing piece. Took the grill back to Sam’s and decided to upgrade. I'm glad I did. The 5 Burner is much sturdier and looks great. I will break it out in the morning. Hopefully, it also cooks well.

damaged part prevents the use of the right tray. does not support the tray and it is unusable. not happy with this as i spent a good chunk of time before discovering this faulty piece. looks like it wasmt fitted to the hole properly from the factory.

I have had this griddle for just about a mounth now and use it just about every day. I will admit that I did convent it to natural gas and it works awesome. I was fortunate to pretty much have everythimg I needed from my old Members Mark grillwhich was gas when Members Mark use to sell them, so I had the proper gas regulater, plus I have many friend in the gas industy to help me do it. It definitely isn't something Members Mark would ever recommend doing. I only did it because I have the knowledge to do it correctly and safely.

one person easy assembly! this griddle looks fantastic! no annoying bright orange lettering! why pay extra for a cheap paper towel holder or trash bag holder. we all want sturdy anyway. the folding shelf's are excellent for storage under the INCLUDED cover. love the sturdiness of the design. 1.5 hours is pretty much the top speed for a diy homeowner. plus no double checking because you actually tighten the screws! seasoning as I type. Venison and onions next up! come and get it! Happy Griddling everyone!

It's Difficilult to find parts in P1 thru P10. It would have been helpful to also include the KEY in Package Contents beside the desscription. Installation of D10 need better detail shown from front view and should include the !Triangle! This error cost me another hour of pulling griddle and firebox to install upper door brace correctly.

I’m giving it a ten because it looks like it going to be a good flat top. I just finished putting it together. It took me awhile. It’s pretty well built. I just have to season it and try it out! Can’t wait!

Put this griddle together with the BILT app, and it was fantastic! Haven't used the griddle yet, but the build was good, and it seems like a very well-built robust product. Everything lines up, and the fit and finish are excellent.
