Solid Treadmill
So far, this treadmill has been a great addition to the gym. It's not too bad of a setup process as at all, though will require a couple of people. It's got a lot of nice features and seems to run real smooth once you got it up and going. The control panel is easy to navigate and use. The cushion seems pretty nice so far while running. I do like that is has fans, though I always wish they are more powerful. I also wish it had a little bigger incline so I could train a little more hiking during the winter. But other then those small complaints, the treadmill has been great. I do like that it comes with the ifit enabled, and that's nice when you have the free trials to use. But it is a bit expensive for my taste. So I don't think it would ever be worth paying for for me. This is an incentivized review.
perfect for everyday running
The set up is straight forward and pretty simple but definitely recommend 2 people. The belts starts and stops smoothly and is smooth to run on. Monitor is really easy to use and straightforward. The iFit trial is pretty cool! I've never ran with a trainer or the scenery runs so it's been a great addition to mix up the runs. Very satisfied with this treadmill and highly recommend. Comfortable and Smooth
The ProForm Carbon TLX Treadmill has truly impressed me, and what stands out most is its exceptional focus on comfort, especially for the knees during running sessions. The deck's thoughtful cushioning provides a supportive surface that significantly reduces impact on my joints. For those who prioritize long-distance running, the emphasis on knee comfort is a game-changer. The well-cushioned deck effectively absorbs shock, allowing for extended runs without concerns about discomfort or potential strain on the knees. The ProForm Carbon TLX Treadmill has become my top choice due to its commitment to delivering a comfortable and enjoyable running experience. Its design not only prioritizes performance but also ensures that my knees are well taken care of, making it an excellent option for individuals seeking both comfort and effective workouts.
Satisfying Treadmill Experience with a Few Hiccups
I recently had the opportunity to try out a new treadmill, and I wanted to share my experience with you. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the product, but there were a few aspects worth mentioning. Firstly, the setup process did take a bit longer than expected. Additionally, we encountered some issues with a few pieces breaking off during assembly. Fortunately, these setbacks didn't affect the treadmill's performance, and we were able to address them without compromising the overall functionality. Once set up, the treadmill proved to be user-friendly. Navigating through the screens to adjust settings, speed, and incline was straightforward, although a bit more intuitive design could have been appreciated. One notable point is the noise generated by the new belt. Initially, there was some audible sound, but it diminished over time. It's worth considering if you prioritize a silent workout environment. The transitions between different speeds and incline levels were impressively smooth. This feature contributes to a seamless and enjoyable workout experience, allowing for efficient adjustments without interrupting your rhythm. The treadmill's size is ideal for smaller spaces, making it a great fit for those with limited room. Moving it around is a breeze, and I found that one person can easily handle the task. In conclusion, despite the initial challenges during setup and the minor noise issue with the new belt, I am overall very satisfied with the treadmill. Its user-friendly interface, smooth transitions, compact size, and easy mobility make it a valuable addition to my home gym. It's important to note that I received the product at a reduced rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion, and I believe this feedback accurately reflects my experience with the treadmill.
Very solid treadmill
I'm very impressed with this treadmill so far! It feels very solid and I love the incline feature to make the workouts more difficult if wanted. The hydraulic storage feature is awesome and easy to use, but secure enough that I don't worry about my kids being around it. The fan is a great feature, but I do wish it was adjustable. I'm pretty short, so it blows right in my nose/eyes. Assembly was pretty straightforward but did take some time and two people at some points. Overall, we've had a great experience. Great treadmill, I've enjoyed
Overall this treadmill has been a good addition to our home gym. It is relatively easy to get setup with a couple of people(Pretty heavy try moving around by yourself). After it is setup, the treadmill has been pretty solid so far. It doesn't make too much noise which is a big plus, it also is really simple to use. Just a couple button clicks and you are good to go. The cushion seems pretty decent for the price point, and it's been nice for the workouts I've done so far. It does come with the ifit stuff, which I've used before and is pretty nice. Just not for me as I don't love paying for subscriptions and I can get distracted by a book on audible or movie just as easy. But it is a cool little feature. Only thing I kind of wish was it had better incline, but it's not too bad for what I need. This is an incentivized review.
Great treadmill, as long as you have the ifit app.
I'd confidently rate the treadmill a solid 4 out of 5. Assembly was a breeze, thanks to straightforward instructions, though I'd recommend an extra set of hands for the heavy lifting. Performance-wise, the treadmill delivers—user-friendly buttons, a handy fan, and swift adjustments for speed and incline. It operates quietly, steering clear of any unnecessary noise. However, a couple of hurdles popped up. To activate the treadmill, you'll need the Ifit app, and syncing it with my phone was a bit of a puzzle. Luckily, my husband effortlessly sorted it out on his device, so the hiccup might have been on my end. At slower speeds, around 1.0 - 2.5 mph, the belt lagged a bit, which might pose an issue for rehab or older users. Anything faster than 2.5 mph, though, went smoothly. Keep in mind: if your phone is connected, the treadmill won't cooperate unless the app is open. All in all, it's a user-friendly machine. With an Ifit membership, you'll find lots of different types of workouts catering to different fitness levels and goals. And as a disclaimer, I received this product at a discount for an honest and unbiased review.
Awesome treadmill
Loving this equipment and ifit subscription so far! Delivery was incredibly fast. My husband was able to up the machine in about an hour. It is a bit loud when adjusting the incline but it's not a problem by any means. There are so many options with the ifit subscription which is great. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking at getting a treadmill.
Excellent Treadmill for Winter workouts
I am really enjoying this treadmill so far. I typically like to walk outdoors but having this for the cold weather has been awesome. I have been really happy with the low impact on my knees when running. This is something I am not able to do outside but the treadmill is really smooth and I haven't had any discomfort when running on it. The display is simple with necessary features. I like the quick buttons for adjusting the incline and speed. The incline is pretty smooth adjusting to height and almost undetected except the extra noise which isn't to bad. There is a fan on the console which is really great extra feature. I have really liked using the Ifit workouts sync on the treadmill. This is totally an extra perk (requires membership) but I do like the variety and the ease of programs to just push play and have the workout adjusting the treadmill and keeping track for me. Also the feature of watching the workout in different locations makes it fun when running indoors. If you opt to assemble yourself plan for 1-2hrs. And having 2 people will help it go smoother. The directions and parts are very organized and everything is labeled to make it easy to find and follow the directions. The tools provided where great but we did use a socket which was much faster to tighten the bolts. There are a few things that were a bit tricky but manageable. Once it's built it's very sturdy and the fold-up feature is handy to minimize space. Overall I am very pleased with this Treadmill. *full disclosure I given this product for a reduced price in exchange for sharing my honest feedback
I like the treadmill, but the IFit Marketing is relentless
My second ProForm. Reliable and useful machine. It would be nice if you could buy the machine without IFIT, but they sign you up and bill you for it no matter what you do.
