This is the first time I have purchased something online with Sam's. it will be the last time I think. I have purchased many items with a large rival and I will continue to do so. This is a large item and from the moment I purchased it I figured I would at least be able to have it brought inside. Delivery was delayed by multiple days at the last moment. I called into Sam's and was told something to the effect "once it is in the courier's hands it is out of our control". I am too old to deal with this going forward. Now I have to go and deal with this 250 lb plus item myself, thx Sams!!

Love this treadmill! It folds up for less space, great for getting in extra steps and weight loss! Sam’s Club purchase was a great experience

Treadmill came with major cracks on the base and the console. Definitely a 2 person job to out together. I have not used it yet but the console is not very user friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pro-Form Carbon TLX is a great treadmill for both walking and running. My wife and I love it, and are very happy with it.

The set up was straight forward and pretty simple. It was definitely easier and quicker with 2 people. The belt starts and stops smoothly and is smooth to run on. I really enjoy having the option of increasing the speed or incline a little at a time with the arrow buttons or you can pick a number buttong and get there faster. Haven't turned on the fan to use since it's winter but it's a great option to be able to use during the summer. Ifit trial is awesome. Im used to running without the videos/scenery but it's fun to use to mix it up. When I have done the videos I like to see where my pace is ranked and often to try move up so it helps push me on runs. Overall, very satisfied with this treadmill and highly recommend. This is an incentivized review.

Assembling it was a breeze with straightforward instructions, but having a helping hand for the heavy lifting is a smart move. The treadmill itself does the job well—user-friendly buttons, a handy fan feature, and responsive speed and incline adjustments. Plus, it operates quietly, which is a nice touch. The cons are, you've got to download the Ifit app to get things running, and syncing it with my phone was a bit of a puzzle. My husband managed it smoothly on his device, so it might've been my phone acting up. At really slow speeds, like 1.0 - 2.5 mph, the belt lags a bit. It could be a problem for those doing rehab or older users. Anything faster than 2.5 mph, though, is smooth sailing. One thing to keep in mind: if your phone is connected, the treadmill won't cooperate unless the app is open. All in all, it's a straightforward machine. With an Ifit membership, there's a variety of workouts for different fitness levels and goals.

Great, sturdy treadmill that feels commercial. I do wish the fan and the board were angled more towards you. It lays a little flat. Functions great!
