Excellent Customer Service and Excellent Quality for the, Shark Stain Striker Carpet Cleaner Pro!

This Shark CarpetXpert is a great device. It cleans carpet very well, easy to use, great price.

Overall it has done what it claims. My only complaint is that the power cord is too short
