Beautiful crisp picture. First time having a 4k Smart TV and I'm blown away by the crispness of the picture, it almost looks like I'm watching in 3D. The only issue I have is daytime watching, the screen is extremely "shiny and reflective". I wish it wasn't so reflective. Other than that, I love the TV and am enjoying it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our children bought us this TV as our old 55" TV color was fading. We're thrilled! The picture is exceptional. I don't know which we're happier with, our children or the new TV! We watched golf the 1st weekend and were amazed how vivid the golf course looked, almost like we were there.

After using the TV for a few weeks I can say that I am mostly happy with it. The picture quality is good and works well in game mode with my Xbox X. Sound quality is also good but will probably add a sound bar to take overall experience up a level. My only negative is the speed of the software, menus and switching between apps is very slow. Overall I am happy as a budget TV, how it holds up over time will determine its ultimate value.

The TV is not bad for the price, although we are experiencing some screen blooming and ghosting. We have tried to mitigate this by reducing the backlight/brightness etc, but it's still visible on darker backgrounds. We would've given a five star rating if not for this issue.

Here is the reason why I am so happy I bought this LG TV. Originally I bought a new 55" Samsung Crystal Tizan. Eleven calls to Samsung trying to put my computer on its screen. Tech support couldn't solve it and was told to call Xfinity. No luck co back to Samsung who then told me to contact Dish - no luck. Then they told me to contact Dell - again, no luck. So I had them pick it up and ship it back. My sister just bought a new LG and told me to try it and I AM SO HAPPY I DID!!!! The colors are great but I find the greatest this is the EASE on uses to navigate all of your systems. it's easy to go from TV to computer and back! It's easy to set the many option sleep timer! It's easy to set the type of sound you want, etc. IT'S JUST SO EASY TO ENJOY TV ON MY NEW 55" LG TV!!!

A few weeks out the tv works good, the remote is a problem for my husband ,he is electronically challenged when he hits the button to select it rolls so the mouse appears again, over and over until he gives it to me to get the station he wants. I wish there was a way to just turn off the mouse, we don't need a magic remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG 86 in UR8000 this TV does not disappoint. Very easy to set up lots of apps, easy control, and easy settings. Sound quality is very good as well. I can't get over the size of the picture and the quality as well. No drag or lag on sporting events.. great value for the money.

I wntered the store with the singular purpose of purchasing a TV. There wasn't a singĺe person in the TV area nor were there any i formation materials relating to any of the TV's. I had to go to the service department and then the Optical department and asked if anyone had a tape measure. I needed to measure the measurements of various TV's stands, the optical dept did have and allowed me to borrow a measuring tape. I had to go to the internet to obtain any data on the TV's prior to making my desision. I then asked àn employee to help me obtain a flat cart for my TV selection. I used scan an go and then left the building without any additional sales rep/employee interactions. My only commemt on the actual TV itself is the remote is somewhat difficult to learn but with time has become easier to operate.

It has a wide array of options, many of which we may not use but this technology is impressive. Learning the remote control was a bit of a challenge at first. Great TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after an older model essentially stopped working. What a difference. Clearer contrast. Better sound. Easier remote. And price point was affordable. Just in time for Super Bowl, this was a wise purchase.
