My husband & I got this to replace our old mattress that was many years old & had become quite uncomfortable. I figured anything would be better than what we had but simply had no idea how amazing a mattress could be! From the moment I lay my head down at night 'til it's time to get up the next morning I sleep like a baby! My husband, who happens to be a bit of a critic, is rather impressed with it himself; he's sleeping more soundly than I've ever noted.

We were hesitant to buy a new "real" mattress because we were switching from a waterbed. The Sealy Silver Chill Plus mattress was wonderful choice. It is firm enough to give support, yet soft enough to be comfortable. We have had no problems switching to a new mattress. Both my husband and myself have been sleeping very comfortably without any problems. I would recommend this mattress to any of my friends or family.

After sleeping on the same mattress for probably 15 years or longer, the springs were gone and so was my back. I compared sleep number mattresses, foam mattresses and traditional mattresses and decided the Sealy Hybrid was best for my needs. I wanted an adjustable bed (never had one before) with firm support. Overall,I am happy with the product - although it is a little cushier than I expected. My back feels better and I don't wake up with a headache anymore. My only complaint is that with the adjustable base, my mattress seems to slide down and leaves a big gap at the headboard. Every couple of days I push it back up and this will probably get old after doing it awhile. It can only slide so far because of the brace at the bottom - just wish it didn't slide at all. Overall, a satisfied customer.

Initially we had a difficult experience finding what would make my husband and I both happy because there were so many options. I wanted a little softer and he wanted more firm. We purchased a different brand mattress at first and ended up not being happy, so when we returned to Mattress Firm to discuss it with the Sales Rep. He recommended this one and felt like it would make us both happy. It was delivered 2 days later and we have loved it since. Although this one is categorized as a "Firm", it is less firm than most firms due to the type of mattress it is. So it ended up being soft enough for me, but firm enough for my husband. Would highly recommend!

We had a nice firm mattress from another brand that we have been using for 20 years and it was finally time for a new mattress. We came across this one, which felt "softer" than I was used to considering this is a firm. Mattresses have changed a lot in 20 years, and this sealy has felt awesome so far! The hard firm that I was used to what from pure springs from the old mattress. This hybrid has the best of both worlds. I know from experience at sleepovers, that the pure foam mattresses were too hot for me personally, yet the layer above the springs on this mattress have not been hot at all for me. And the mattress is still firm, yet comfortable for me to sleep on my side now, without my shoulder eventually hurting from the pressure. I really love this mattress!

Not a year old and the top foam is folding in all around the outer edge. It seems like it's shrinking...as if the wrong size foam was used when making it. An independent furniture inspection company came out and recommended a replacement. THE WARRANTY WAS NOT HONORED. I'm stunned. At this price point, nothing should go wrong within a year's time! 10 year warranties must be a scam. Never saw an issue like this one with any mattress...not even the cheap ones I purchased as a young adult just starting out. Big time buyer's remorse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Me and my wife both suffer from a lot of pain in our backs , she has more in her knees and so, every mattress that we've tried has not lived up to their promises. But this one has blown us away, it's so soft and cool to the touch. Our bodies seem to adjust to this one the best we've ever had. We use to toss and turn and hardly get any sleep, but now we get plenty of sleep. We absolutely love this new mattress, we had our families lay down on them when visiting and they said that's the best feeling mattress they've seen and now want one lol.

It is our Primary bed. We love this mattress and it has eased my back pain. So easy to get out of it in morning without groaning from back and hip pain. We have found we have to raise the head a little. He like his pillow but I am still trying to adjust to mine. Great bed. Smaller than the Queen of our previous bed though? But it is great.

Been looking for a cool feeling mattress that was soft yet also supportive. This mattress has been great so far. (Only had it a few weeks) My wife likes a really soft mattress while I like a slightly firmer mattress. This mattress works great for both of us.

I love this bed, I have back problems and find that it truly forms to my body. The only reason why I wouldn't give this mattress a 5 star rating would be because I was sold on the fact that it had cooling gel. This is not true. I have major night sweats and nothing changed with this product. I have tried "cooling" mattress protectors as well and no change. Would I buy this mattress again, sure.
