It's hard to determine where the serial number is located. I thought it was the orange shipping label on the side of the mattress. I pulled that off when the mattress was placed on the frame. Since then, the padding and sheets were placed on the bed. I went to fill out the warranty and none of those numbers worked. On the little instruction sheet, it says the s/n is located under the bar code. Confusing as the orange shipping tag has bar codes with a few numbers under the bar code. It wasn't until I stripped the bed and raised that mattress that I found a decal that stated "Warranty void if removed" with a bar code an number below the bar code. I finally got a picture of that and was able to enter. Other than that, the mattress is great, and I am enjoying the adjustable base I purchased with the mattress.

Excellent support and comfortable. Less tossing and turning at night. Could lay in bed all day and not get a pain anywhere in my entire body. Contours and has good response to body movement. Perfect when sleeping on my back, side or even my stomach which I do on rare occasions. the cooling top layer seems to warm up quickly and The matters seems to get a little hot overnight compared to my previous All memory foam mattress. I feel it could use more breathability technology. This is the only reason I took off a star. Otherwise I Love this mattress very much and I'm happy with my decision.

We have always had top-of-the-line spring mattresses but they sag after years of body weight. The full memory foam mattresses were too firm to our liking, even the softest ones. Our salesperson introduced us to the Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid mattress that contains foam and coils. This was PERFECT for us! The feel of it with just the right amount of firmness and bounce was exactly what we needed.

Have slept on a Tempur-Pedic memory foam for the past 15 yrs and have not had a decent night sleep for most of that time. I was very particular with a new mattress. Focused on pressure points in my hips and lower back pain. I spent a lot of time lying on the mattresses in multiple show rooms and continued to go back to the Sealy Hybrid. We opted for an adjustable frame to complete the set. This will result in a change in sleep habits, since I am a natural side sleeper, am now working towards back sleeping. For now I have rated the mattress with 5 stars. If after 120 days, I am not still satisfied, I will update it. But for now I am excited about a better quality of life with the change in sleep habits.

This is a horrible mattress. After having our last Sealy memory foam for 20 years, we returned to Sealy. We have owned about 15 months and I regret this purchase. My husband and I are not large people, but it is indenting on both of our sleeping positions already. I have neck and back issues and hoped this would provide the proper support. I can't even sleep for a few hours without waking up in pain.

Shopped for several weeks for a replacement mattress, following recent back surgery. Looked at several brands, including Beautyrest, Sealy, and Serta. Spent significant time laying on innerspring, foam, and hybrid mattresses. Spouse is a back sleeper, while I am a side sleeper. Had to find a model that would for both of us. Narrowed it down to two different models, the Sealy Hybrid Silver Chill (Plush) and Beautyrest Black Pillowtop. Resting for 1/2 hour on each of them, we found the Sealy Hybrid to have the right amount of support (firmness) for back-sleeping, and enough plushness to satisfy my side-sleeping. Not that too-oo plush softness that yields the feeling that one is stuck in a hole, as moving around was still comfortable. Hoping this initial feeling continues for years to come.

I went through the in store analysis to determine how firm my mattress should be. Tried out different ones in the store and settled on this and I am very glad I did. I used to have issues with shoulder pain due to the incorrect mattress setting. The shoulder pain has completely gone away and I am getting a much better nights sleep.

After having back surgery about 2 years ago I've been on the hunt for the perfect mattress for me and my husband, we felt like we were never going to find the mattress that we both love. This mattress conforms to your body filling those space where you need the support. Its plush and firm at the same time it's like in the middle if that makes sense. It has cooling gel which I like I am always hot. I sleep through the night which I haven't done for years. You will not feel your partner move in the bed . I would recommend this mattress for anyone that wants a great nite sleep I'm thinking about buying another for our spare bedroom. Well worth the money spent for a great night sleep I feel refreashed every morning.

The sealy silver chill hybrid plush is a great mattress. When I go to other places, I wish I could bring my mattress with me with how amazing it feels. It conforms to my body, keeps me cold and I always wake up the next day feeling refreshed. It was well worth the money and years down the line when I need to replace this one, I'll go and buy the same one!

The last bed we had was a double pillow top. I was worried I made a wrong choice when I decided to get this mattress. Well I was wrong. I dont like a firm mattress because of pain in pressure points. This mattress is fantastic. The first night I didnt toss and turn like I normally do. Its been 4 nights on it so far and we are super happy with it. Love that it keeps you cool we dont wake up sweaty or hot. My husband has some lower back issues and he hasnt had any issues either. He noticed that his arms and hand dont go to sleep on him like they somes did while sleeping on the other mattress. This is a 5 star mattress for me!! 100% Love this mattress!!
