Has not arrived

When I first started buying this formula for my first it was $29 and now it's almost $50!!!!!! It's gone up almost $20 in 2 years. It's about the same price for name brand formula. Only reason I got a Sam's club membership was for the affordable baby formula but this is ridiculous. I won't be renewing!!!!

I bought this Member's Mark Gentle Premium Infant Formula thinking it would be a good alternative to Enfamil Neuropro Gentlease, but it is definitely not the same. After switching, my baby had stomach pain, was extremely fussy, and started spitting up way more than usual. I tried giving it a few days, but the problems only got worse. As soon as I switched back, the symptoms went away. I really wanted this to work, but unfortunately it was a bad experience for my baby. I won't be buying it again.

Started my kid off on the enfamil gentle ease but the price😭 even with buying it at Sam’s just was too much. 8 more oz for a few bucks less than the name brand & had no issues switching. Knocking off a star for the price because why is there almost a $5 difference between this members mark formula & the others?

Having purchased 4 cases (24 total) of the old Gentle formula I'm disappointed that Sam's brings back a rebranded product and charges $10 more per container. This is unacceptable and I'm glad I stocked up when I did. However, I will need to purchase more soon and I'm looking for new options as this was the ONLY formula that my little one tolerated.Lower the price or bring back the old formula. I can speak for many of us we're disappointed in you Sam's Club.

I am deeply disappointed with the recent out-of-stock situation regarding this baby formula, an essential product for my 3-month-old baby. It is disheartening that a product as crucial as baby formula is not adequately managed to ensure a continuous supply. I believe it is the responsibility of the store to promptly inform customers when such essential items run out of stock. In contrast, I receive promotional emails and suggestions from Sam's Club based on my purchases when they are interested in selling. I request equal attention to notifying customers about the unavailability of sensitive products. I reached out to customer service two weeks ago, investing nearly an hour in a phone call. I was assured that the formula distribution would commence within a maximum of two weeks. Regrettably, two weeks have passed, and there is still no sign of the promised restock. This situation is particularly distressing as my baby has undergone a traumatic experience due to the sudden change in formula.

The last two containers we have bought have smelled very strongly and not normal. My 7 mo won’t even finish an entire bottle. He has been on this formula since he was a month old and always chugs it. We returned the two containers today (bought weeks apart and different batches) the lady at customer service said we weren’t the first ones at our store to return and complain of the smell. I even found a Reddit thread discussing this. Hopefully they figure it out, because our baby loved this brand!

My son and daughter both require gentle formula... when they started it was the original gentle they offered it was 28 bucks. Such a relief on the wallet from the name brands and just as good of a product. Then all of a sudden the formula disappeared and they slapped the word "premium" on it and jacked up the price...then a few months later it was jacked up AGAIN. SHAME ON YOU SAM'S. Babies require formula as their form of nutrition when they cannot be breastfed...it's not like I can blend up a chicken breast for the kid...I'm FORCED to pay these prices and to tip it off...it's NEVER stocked. I am them forced to spend even more on name brands which are also outrageously priced (shame on them too, might I add). Ita really just thing Advantage of people and their families at this point.

While the price is $11 higher, the reasoning in my opinion is because it is now comparable to the NeuroPro formula by Enfamil. We bought this recently for our 3mo old and started doing a scoop of this with her Enfamil, then slowly added more of the Sam's brand and less of the Enfamil overtime, and there have been NO issues. She enjoys her bottle the same. No need to complain about the price, the formula got better. You are still paying less for 48oz. than you would for Enfamil at that much per carton. This is a great option, don't let the bad reviews fool you.

Formula was ok, my baby did get a little gassy on it. As others noted, it does get quite frothy further irritating baby. Biggest complaint is the recent price hike. I paid $35 for them last month and though that was high. Now with a $7 increase it is time to look for alternatives. Name brands offer coupons and deals often, ending up being a lower price now. Too bad, I would have purchased these another 10 months. I guess Sam's wasn't making enough money on us already-stretched-thin consumers.
