The AC machine is super modern and not loud. Love how it turns on in the Evo setting and it’s very energy efficient. I really like the smart option it comes with since I can program the AC to turn on on specific days and time. The installation was quick although my window was bigger so I had to use one of the covers as a filler. My summers have never been so cool!

Overall very good. Looks great, easy install and amazing customer service. The noise is not as quiet as I had hoped and is actually quieter when you have the fan set to 2 rather than 1. My much larger LG dual inverter that cools my downstairs is quieter but doesn't look as night and doesn't have a way to turn of the LED lights so for the bedroom this is pretty good.

I got the 6000 btu to keep my room cool, I’m super happy with it. Looks good, works well and it’s pretty quiet. The installation was easy, if you can lift some weight. I love that you can control the temp from your phone, such a great feature for pets.

I purchased this for a guest bedroom in our summer home. First of all, it was amazingly easy to install. Secondly it it beautiful - my wife, a designer, commented that it looked like it belonged in the room. Finally, our guests have commented both on the efficiency of the unit and the lack of noise. All in all a great addition to our home.

I had a problem with my 8300 windmill following a terrible electric storm. I went online and was in contact with windmill support team where they had try a few things but it was quickly determined I needed a new unit. They took my address and mailed me my new unit. This is the 3rd windmill unit I have in my home and when the Friedricks units go upstairs I will replace them with 2 more windmill units. Love the build the ease on installation and how cool it looks

Got my Windmill AC the other day, but had to wait for my 20 and 24 year old nephews to install it. I'm disabled. They did a great job working together and got it into my window fast. Turned it on and it cooled off my hot and humid living room within a couple of minutes. It looks so nice.

It’s really got it all the design is so sleek and minimal. The wifi connectivity is amazing. The ability to switch on the ac as soon as you know you’re heading home to come home to a pre-cooled room is *chef’s kiss*. My task rabbit mentioned it was one of the easiest installations he’s ever done and will be recommending his friends. Only think I’ve been questioning is these sounds that’s comes out of it sometimes while running. It almost sounds like a full sized refrigerator is running (mind you I got the small 6000 BTU). Not sure if this is normal or if it was accidentally dropped during delivery. Other than that, this ac is like the iPhone of ac’s.

Love how quiet it is and how aesthetic looking it is in the window. But the remote control, at least to me, doesn't work as well as it should from about a 12 ft distance. I have to keep moving it many many times to change speeds or temperatures and a lot of times I need to get up and go over and do it myself manually, or get closer with the remote. The remote leaves a lot to be desired. Other than that, it's a great air conditioner. There were no instructions in the package for different modes on the remote or exactly how to use it. That's my only complaint.

Keeps the room cool, quiet for an AC. Very happy with our purchase. This is our second Windmill because we are so happy with the performance of the first one. No issues and runs like it should to keep the room cool. Installing it is easy. It exceeded our expectations.
