I’ve had many window air conditioners over the years in my older home. However the Windmill AC is by far the best designed, just beautiful. Furthermore the easy installation and quiet operation make it stand above all the other air conditioners I’ve tried. Well done Windmill!

This is a great AC - beautiful inside and out (my window is first floor street facing, so nice bonus that it looks good on the outside.) I live in a small apartment, so I particularly like that the AC vents upwards, and isn't blowing on me directly in a small room. The interface takes a beat to get used to, since it's not as basic as a basic AC, but the app is a bonus and love that the LED light turns off.

Amazing Customer Service - I have had to reach out a couple of times but they were always so prompt, so respectful. It really makes you feel valued as a customer. I hope they always make AC's because I'm forever loyal. Even my cats sleep better with these AC's

Easy to install, app works well, quiet and efficient. BUT there appears to be a major design flaw - once the unit is cooling, some internal problem (per Windmill) messes the sensor up. It cools the room, but it keeps cooling and cooling, won't shut off unless I turn it off0, and meanwhile tells me the room is 65 (which would mean it shouldn't cool). No use having an app-controlled ac if you actually have to be in the room to make it work properly.

We really appreciate how you helped us with the replacement of our Windmill AC. It means so much to have a company really stand behind their product. We were so happy to have found an AC that was quiet. When the unit started to malfunction, it was devastating as we had just purchased it in August of 2022. Got a unit that was noisier than advertised, likely a shaky compressor. Messaged Windmill customer service. It was the greatest customer service experience I have ever had! Every response was within minutes. Within a day they had shipped me new unit. It works great, quite quiet. A+

The Customer service team was super helpful with a little installation issue I had. So far, I am super happy with my windmill ac. It looks amazing. One of my only suggestions would be the ability to have more than 3 fan speeds. Mostly just a couple of quieter ones. When I sleep the first level isn't so bad, but while I'm awake doing things it would be nice for it to be just a little bit quieter.

We purchased the Windmill AC for 2 reasons. One, the location where we needed it was right behind our livingroom couch and a traditional AC vents right at you but the WM AC vents upward. This worked perfectly, we could sit near it without it venting on our neck and heads.. Two, the unit was advertised as quiet, it was and that allowed us to enjoy being cool without a lot of fan noise. One additional benefit that we found was the unit cooled a larger space than we expected. Where we used to need 2 AC we only need the one WM now. We did have a technical issue crop up and the support for this problem was phenomenal. They were professional, timely and friendly. Couldn't ask for better.

Let’s face it! The heat is not cool, specially when you are in a tiny room with a lot of work to do! This saved me, literally, I feel more productive and less grumpy, plus it was soooo easy to install that I did it myself, a person who knows nothing about installations, give it a try you wont regret it!
