Windmill does not disappoint in anyway. I had an issue with my first unit, I was quickly able to contact customer service and receive the appropriate help. The unit not only looks great but it also cools down my room in a matter of minutes. 10/10 recommend.

I purchased the 6,000 BTU unit and this is so far one of the best A/C I’ve had. It was easy to instal, it looks nice, it’s not so loud (I’d say it’s relatively quiet) and you can adjust the mode from the app. One thing I like is when the unit turns off after reaching temperature, when it turns back on it doesn’t sound so loud. Another thing that is nice is it doesn’t beep when you click the buttons on the remote and the led lights on the unit turn off which is nice at nighttime. One thing I would've like to see though is the remote having led lights on it because that would be easier to see at night. The unit does cool down the room to the point where it’s off most of the time. Very nice A/C though.

Replacied my kids AC with a Windmill- old one was loud, Windmill super quiet. My daughter who is NOT handy, installed it herself- so definitely it had clear instructions. Looks sleek and my daughter had said she'd seen lots of people getting these and raving on social media, now she's one them too, lol.

Took the plunge and came across this modern AC after reviewing different models. It’s far quieter than the conventional older traditional air conditioners and I love that I can use the app or Alexa to turn it on & off. I will say, I did have to get someone to install the triangular outlet but the wait was worth it! Very happy with my purchase.

So easy to install & easy to use! Love the fact that there’s an Eco mode (which I’ve been using most often). Didn’t think I’d enjoy having yet another app on my phone but it’s actually so user friendly and I’m enjoying the fact that I can control the AC from a different room. Cools down my 600 sq ft. space perfectly and does not sound overwhelmingly loud like other window AC’s!

I'll keep this brief: - The AC itself is genuinely beautiful -- neat and clean and (downside) it makes you realize how unattractive other air conditioners are. - Installation guide is comprehensive and easy to follow -- and installation itself isn't that hard. (Just make sure you have all the tools lined up.) - The AC is, indeed, very quiet -- a pleasant Shhhhh. Much quieter than my old one, though right now there's a slight rattle because my window's a bit loose and I haven't figured out how to tighten it all down. Yet. - The air flow, diagonally out the top, not from the front, just works better. - I don't love the "add AC to your WiFi/download app/sign up/etc.," but I understand most folks will see that as a good thing. For me, just a lot of steps for...?

Amazing little ACs. Pretty in my apartment and being able to turn them on from anywhere with my phone really helps! I travel a lot so being able to cool my apartment down from the airport so it’s nice when I get home is a game changer! I have one in every room!

It came well protected in the box delivered to me. It has a cool design and worked great. However it is not advertised of how heavy the unit is. The installation wasn't as easy as advertised but relieved once it was installed after a bunch of attempts. I do like this product but a 2n't person is needed especially if you aren't real strong.

There’s nothing not to like! Windmill has amazing Customer Service! Chat with them, ypu’ll see for yourself We love the Windmill AC! Its design is clean and attractive and the installation is second to none, extremely easy and I love how it keeps the bugs!

This AC was so easy to install and it's so much prettier than my old unit. The WhisperTech is so incredibly quiet and I love turning it on remotely using the app. The CX team was responsive and helpful in helping me pick the best unit for my space. Will be recommending it to all my friends!
