Here I was in the midst of one of the hottest summers that can remember and my bed room air conditioner totally died. My daughter knew of Windmill and ordered a window unit for me and my life changed. It was easy for my super to install, it looked nice and it is so quiet.I have told my friends and would buy another unit myself if needed. I love it!

I am sooooo glad my friend recommended the Windmill AC unit! I waited 2 years to put one in my living room because I didn't want something ugly in my window that would also block the sun. Enter Windmill. It not only is unobtrusive, actually looks good, the plexiglass lets the light in but the best part is that it is so very quiet! Oh and yes it cools great too! Love it!

Replaced two portable AC units with two Windmill Air AC units. 75% less noise, hardly impacted my electric usage. The unique design cools the rooms quickly and doesn’t blow on us. I still can’t believe that during a three day 90 degree hot spell these units kept our 1800 square foot first floor cool and humidity free! I can’t recommend this product highly enough! Cool design, works from your phone, quiet, affordable, super easy to set up (literally 7 minutes from open box to running in the window) and excellent customer support!

Very quiet, love that I can watch TV again while it is on. It feels more like having central air. Love the remote and the app to turn it on before I get home. Install was a little tricky as it didn't fully reach the bracket I had installed and I had to jimmy it with some wood.

We've had our Windmill for a little over a week now and so far it's doing great! I like the app and how the display does not stay lit up. It was relatively easy to install and I do like the design. Customer service was also awesome and extremely quick to reply.

The unit is very attractive, though mine arrived with a slight dent in the housing. Installation was fairly easy, though I had to adapt it a bit due to my storm windows. It cools very well, however it does rattle and buzz. I had to tape the filter to the unit to stop vibration noise. I am least satisfied with the way the unit and app communicate. I have deleted and reinstalled it, but the app always registers the room temp as 67 and watts used as 20. There is a long lag between turning the unit on in the app and it actually coming on. I had it set at 68 and when I woke up, the display on the unit read 59--a little too cold.

It is absolutely all those great things that other reviewers described: beautiful aesthetically, easy to set up, very quiet & it cools our bedroom so that we can once again have a comfortable & good night's sleep!! Thank you to all involved in creating & supporting this more environmentally friendly air conditioner. I'm sure we will enjoy it for years to come! Oh, & one more thing: the unit arrived expeditiously once I had placed my order & I did receive several updates on the status/delivery. Love it! Quiet, effective, better looking from any player out there. Love that I can control it from afar, getting the house nice and cool before getting home. I chose the small size which is perfect for my studio apartment. Affordable and yet high quality.

We purchased 2 Windmill AC units, and they have worked great. Quite and keeping our apartment perfectly comfortable. Operating and monitoring from my phone is a no turning back advantage to smart devices, and everything about these machines has delivered as promised. Easiest installation ever, and clearly designed well.
