First AC I bought in awhile and it's a perfect buy. We moved into our first home and wanted to upgrade from our decades old ugly, loud, AC units.We bought a windmill AC which looks great, is quiet, has a great application.We loved it so much we bought an air purifier as well!

You heard that right! This is the Rolls Royce of ACs! Why? Because it is quiet, cool-looking and just fits seamlessly into your life style or it might actually upgrade it! I've had several ACs in the past for a large room and this is the first one that actually cooled the whole room to my liking. Not too much or too little. Perfect just the way I like it! I bought their fan and their air cleaner because I'm so impressed with the AC. This is a quality product hands down! RUN, don't walk, to order one for yourself. Trust me, it's a keeper!

I'm a voice over artist and work in a hot booth in the summer and being able to have this running outside my booth while recording is amazing. It's that quiet! I've never had an air conditioner this quiet before. Makes living in NYC in the summer so much more comfortable. It also saved us money on our electric bill

Let's face it, air conditioner's are an eye sore. However, Windmill maybe the best looking of them all - it blends in quite well as you can see in the photo. They provide these adjustable side patches which block out air, and also serve to hide the ghastly side panels. Setup was straightforward, did it in 15min. Unit works well, quiet and cools my living room quickly.

I bought two Windmill air conditioners in May. They installed easily with the excellent illustrated instructions, I was pleased with their performance all summer long. So pleased, in fact, I purchased another air conditioner for my Granddaughter! Since I live in PA and it's December, the heat is on. Very pleased with my purchases. Hands down the best AC unit I own.I have multiple window units from different brands throughout my home, and the Windmill is easily the standout. It's the quietest unit I've ever used while still being extremely powerful and efficient at cooling the room quickly.The difference is noticeable the moment you turn it on, no rattling, no loud compressor noise, just consistent, strong cooling. Compared to my other units, this one feels more premium in both performance and sound.If you're deciding between brands, this is the one I'd buy again without hesitation.

Finally, a thoughtful and well designed A/C until that doesn't sacrifice form or function. On top of it, their customer service is second to noneIf I were to offer a design suggestion, consider having a magnet in the remote so that it can stay with the unit

We bought two of the 12k btu units when our mini-split died and was going to cost 9-10k to replace. I was skeptical at first because the reason I went with the splits in the first place was I could not stand the sound from window units....especially since the window it would in was right next to me when I watch TV. I was pleasantly surprised that these units are better than 50% quieter than other units I had before the splits. I was very nervous going back because the splits were virtually silent but these units were great! The space we are cooling is a very large open area which contains the living room, dining room and kitchen with a ceiling that is 13 feet at the peak and these handled it like a champ!! We like our house very cool (much to the dismay of friends) but these kept up no problem and we did not see any difference in the electric bill! Highly recommend these units and the customer service was top notch!

We have an old, New England Victorian home. We got quotes for installing a cooling system through the attic that would have cost upwards of $20K that we do not have! Windmill was the obvious next best solution and we are so happy with our ACs. They look pleasing to the eye and are not an eye sore, run great provided you follow the filter cleaning instructions regularly, and can even stay in place during the winter. We love that they are designed with winter in mind - we don't have any room to store them so currently they are still in place which the company actually recommends and with their stylish, fitted Winter AC covers. Their customer service is top notch also! They are extremely communicative and are happy to help support you in any way - trouble shooting the wifi connection with their remote control app, AC damage along the way (get the shipping protection!), or returns and refunds. We love you Windmill! A great company for all your cooling needs. :)
