I like this product. It does as advertised. The only thing I would like is if you would have better sizing. The large is too large, the next size down is advertised as sml/med. I would like to see the medium sized as medium and the small sized as small. Otherwise it's g good product.

Your product outlasts any products I've tried even the most recent ones, just seeing. I think you hold more water than a small river. No kidding, you are the best. I've tried them all. You cost more but my friends keep coming back to you, still fussing. I told them that good stuff is always worth the money,

Finally found an effective diaper. I've got prostate related total incontinence and I've been going nuts trying to find a diaper that lasts more than an hour or two before it starts leaking. I can get 4 to 5 hours dependably from these Tena Overnight underwear. If the elastic around the legs were a little wider and tighter they'd be even better. Recommend highly.

I have literally tried every single brand of diapers for my mother, particularly those that advertised on the pkg. that they are for "overnight" or "day and night" with maximum absorbency. None, other than TENA have lived up to their product description. TENA, and only TENA, overnight adult diapers have performed as advertised. I also use the daytime diapers which are also very good. Since my mother is more incontinent during the night, the overnight diapers were most important to me, and I am very happy with TENA.

Waited quite a while so I would be sure how they work. Excellent ! I had been using Depends Overnight Underwear and Poise Overnight Pad and not happy. Leaked frequently -had to put plastic down to protect recliner I sleep in. Very frustrating ! The Tena Overnight Underwear and Overnight Pads work very well. Had leak couple times, but not bad at all. Basically, once I got pads placement figured out (night use 2 to make area long enough for me. About 1 or 2 inches longer would be perfect for us big women) no leaks! Thank you Tena !!

These were ordered to bump the order total to over $35 to get free shipping. The order was for some items my aunt wanted, so she said to include these. She has bought these many times before, and is her first choice, so they must work well for her.

I've been buying underwear/briefs for my husband for 6 years and all of them leak about have the time. I bought some Tena briefs at the store. After discussing the products, I ordered the Underwear Overnight and I am really, really pleased with them. Didn't dream they would work this well. We have used over 1 package and not one single leak. Phenomenal. Excellent product.

I have used all brands of women's underwear and TENA is the best there is. It has a great leg guards that is not only one elastic guard but several that prevents ANY leakage at all overnight. Great product. For anyone with incontinence, this is the only one to buy. If you can't find it in stores, order it online or call and order it. It comes in about 2 days. Great customer service!

My mother is 88 years old with the beginning stages of Alzheimer's and is experiencing incontinence issues. This Tena overnight product is a God saver. The absorbency of this overnight panty is the most we've experienced so far. There is never any leakage and through the night mom's incontinence problem is solved. We would be lost without this product. Sometimes we also use the Tena overnight pads as an extra precaution because mom does not wake up at night to go to bathroom. We highly recommend both Tena products.

I discovered these while ordering the Tena underwear for women in the pink and blue package. These are now my favorites. They fit better, I don't itch, they never leak, they hold up perfectly, I like everything about these. I am happy I found these. There really is a difference.
