I have tried them all, ladies, and these are the best out there. While they are expensive, they are worth it for keeping my slacks dry, my couch dry, and my bed dry. They contain a thick and soft absorbent cotton layer that soaks all the wet up and holds it there until you are able to reach a bathroom. I appreciate that they use soft cotton instead of plastic like other brands. They are very comfortable and they give me peace of mind that I will be free from leakage. Highly recommend.

I have been using Tena overnight underwear for several months now. This product has greater coverage and leak control than any other product I have found. I am stuck on this for life, as I can envision no improvement. Thank you for being thorough in your design.

This was my first time trying Tena underwear and they are my favorite so far but I can't find them at my store in my size. I also love the Ultimate pads.They both are really absorbent and that's what I need. Incontenent products are very pricey but I will still buy them because they are that good.

My mom suffered a compression fracture of the spine with nerve damage which resulted in involuntary loss of bladder control one yr ago. In preparation for a family wedding out of state, she tried several brief products over a 6 month timeframe. These are by far the best for comfort, absorbency, and leakage. Mom doesn't want to use anything else. My only complaint is I have been ordering from the company directly and the last time they were on backorder.While searching online for replacements -I found the same product available & considerably cheaper at a local discount store.

I ordered these tena overnight and received tema overnight sensitive. I didn't see the difference in sensitivity. The difference was the sensitive are thinner and more gappy in the legs so i end up having numerous accidents at night. The padding is also thinner and i end up using more underwear because if the thinness of the underwear. They're fine for daytime use but not for overnight. These underwear use to be so dependable but in the past few years the quality has really been going down. One of yhe good things about them is they completely cover my rear end unlike other brands that fit like bikini underwear. I am hoping i receive these pictured and not the sensitive overnight because those are really crappy

Here again my wife and I both use the over night under for our daily needs. We both are very satisfied. In the past we find that the TENA brand is the best. This underwear i especially like because of the wider crotch area to handle putting the overnight pads for extra leakage protection.

I've tried many different brands of incontinence underwear each have had their own different issues. One I tried that when you put it on and only been wearing it for maybe 30 minutes the crotch would ALWAYS droop down to my knees so no good, another I tried, once you had it on you couldn't DEPEND on it, It would leak out both sides of the crotch area. Now these Tena have been the very best of all I have tried and there have been at least 7 I tried. Even on the Tena now there are a few different styles and the very best one I liked is this one Intimates overnight Are the BEST. THEY HAVE SOME MORE STYLISH, some with flower prints on the front, there are a few more but I can't remember every name of the styles they had made. If you buy these intimates ones you shouldn't have any issues with them.

Being simple; but, to the point the Overnight Underwear is all it says it is. It is totally what is says: completely gives a secure, confident feeling. It is comfortable, feels dry and offers odor control. I've tried many products for many years and this product truly gives me confidence.

I found these in Northern Wales while visiting my granddaughter. I had been using Depends. I find the TENAs fit my strange figure well and are quite comfortable. I have a physiological issue requiring me to wear these 24/7,so I have signed up for the automatic delivery program which is certainly handier than ordering frequently. P.S. This is the third review I have sent in. Please do not ask me to do this again.

products are the best I have used. They work very well.No leaks and they are very soft to the skin. The only complaint I have is often when I order they are on back order because they are very popular. I then have to order from another source. This product is highly recommended.
