after 4 months of purchased the system stopped working on the left side. However, backbone support has replaced the item. walmart protection plan works after a year of the item being purchased.

Satisfaction and quality I don't know as it is a Christmas gift so still in box. I tried not to answer those but survey wouldn't let me move on without an answer.

Great accessory to have for remote gaming, or just plain old mobile gaming. My 15 pro max fit perfectly. Got mines on an early Black Friday sale - only then was it worth the buy for me.

Too small joysticks or not equal height so it’s not like a PlayStation controller.. I have the iPhone 16 pro max and it wouldn’t work with my pelican case

No gift card! There is no QR code or anything. It's falsely advertised for Apple Arcade. I would give 5 stars if the description was correct. The controller works fine. Works well with R6 mobile, cod, Fortnite and pubg. Also if you have to top subscription for PlayStation you cloud stream all your games from PlayStation. You need strong 5G for little lag but it works. I contacted Sam's and went to the store, the have no idea what we're talking about or don't care. They sent me a whole new one thinking the card was missing out of my first box. Thumbs up this post so more people see it.

The Backbone controller itself is very satisfactory so far. However, the product listing is inaccurate. Both Backbone and Sam's support denied eligibility for the $25 PlayStation gift card advertised in the item name. The "offer expiry" in the product description refers to the Apple Arcade trial listed in Highlights, and makes no explicit connection to the PlayStation gift card.
