This has been the worst purchase. My kids do like the backbone. However, it says it comes with a $25 PlayStation gift card which it does not. It's supposed to be emailed. I did not receive it so contacted Sam's who referred me to backbone support. They said the promotion was while supplies last and ended in Sept but I bought these in October and as of now it is still in the description that it comes with a gift card. It says nothing about only while supplies last. Also, when signing up for the free 30 day trial I was charged the yearly subscription rate immediately. It's been a complete hassle and I'm still dealing with that. If I had to do it over again, I would have never bought. I would return, but these were Birthday presents for my boys so i can't just take them back from them now.

I don’t think the Playstation card was included.

My son loves this but only but this if you have a fast super speed WiFi connection if not it won’t work good.

Fantastic product if you have the newer iPhones. Graphics are like tv. Smooth controls play on fast WiFi

I love it. I use it mainly for my Steam games but you can play Ps4 and Xbox games if you have those as well! I havent had any issues so far.

My husband loves it! Great for on the go gaming for the kids as well! Must have if your a Playstation lover.

it great but we got the wrong one but it ok we got something else it can still be a gift form someone else

has many glitches, was only able to play one game. was so unsatisfied with product and returning it within a couple of hours

this was for my soon to be ex-husband he's a gamer. he likes it I guess to good.
