Worked fine for a few days and the whole network crashed. I had named the network with the same name that I used on the previous router. It worked fine and first then it crashed. I reset the router, selected a new name for the network and it has worked flawlessly since.

I absolutely love this system. I only wish I bought sooner. I have multiple apps on my phone for my pool, lights, etc. And I tried other systems and still wasn't getting wifi outside. Once I installed these which was super EASY!! and I have no tech skills. I have had no problems, I can even FaceTime outside. love it!!

Stopped working right after the 90-day support window closed. I’m an IT guy (Network Engineer) so I know what I’m doing when it comes to WiFi. The setup constantly disconnects multiple users every 30 seconds or so. I’ve rebooted all three (router and 2x satellites), upgraded firmware, downgraded firmware, factory reset, unplugged either satellite to test and the issues remained. Only after completely removing all of these devices did the problem instantly stop occurring. Save yourself a headache trying to figure out why your WiFi isn’t working and just avoid this altogether.

I bought this set 2 years ago, because we have a big house with three floors. It set up just fine, but I had terrible trouble trying to set up a smart home (multiple Amazon Echos, smart switches, smart appliances, garage door, etc.) because there is no way to separate the Ghz bands. And then after a year, the router itself quit working and refused to reset. I replaced it with an identical setup (with one satellite), and it still had the networking issue, refused to pair with the older satellites (even though it was supposed to work), and then the router of THIS set died after a year. No more Netgear, I refuse. And I've always been "that computer guy" everyone calls!

Easy set up and much faster than our old Netgear AC4200 Didn’t know what we were missing with our 500mbs internet service TVs and computers much faster

Must use a switch if more than one wired connection needed. Highly recommend to use the wired backhaul feature. Improves satellite performance greatly.

We basically had one wifi router upstairs that gave use spotty coverage throughout the house and zero coverage in the backyard, which created a pretty serious issue for my Sonos system. Installation was a bit of a hassle, but now we have consistent internet throughout the entire house AND backyard/garage, etc. And our multi-roon Sonos system works flawlessly.

This wifi mesh works well for my two story home. signal and speed is consistent throughout. definite upgrade from my Nighthawk R7000

Great upgrade for my 12 year old router. My system performance and coverage was greatly improved and installation was a breeze.

I installed worked fine, pushed for firmware update, would no longer work after that. Had to return item.
