I bought these a few weeks back and have been using it. I am satisfied with the purchase. I wish the features were similar to Quiet Comfort 2 but that's not a problem.

I have tried SO MANY different ear buds and Bose without a doubt are the ultimate best. I watch tv late at night with them on and there is no disconnection along the way, no wierd sounds and does not stop after about 2 hours like a lot of them,

This model is a definite upgrade from my earlier QuietComfort buds, although I haven’t found the sweet spot on programming so I can change modes without the app, increase volume and go forward and back in small increments.

Really enjoy these quiet comfort ear buds! The music is sharp and clear, also very comfortable in my ears. If you make or receive s call the music stops instantly. Great purchase!

I brought these ear buds about three weeks ago; not happy with them. They keep dropping the connection with my cell phone. It hang up more then answers my call. Most callers say they can not hear me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phenomenal earbuds. There's an adjustment period with getting used to them fitting in your ear. Make sure to register the product and use the "locate my Bose" Earbuds app.

Ear buds will not cut off when put in container to charge. Sound quality is fair, but will not stay in ear.need to have a better way to hold in the ear.

The sound quality is phenomenal! The fit is challenging though, they could push into the ear a little more than they do, but I'm still following fit instruction of trying the different sized cups for optimum performance.
