[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these to replace my Jabra 85ts (which kept falling out of my ear). The Bose earbuds are not as small as the Jabras, but they fit better, feel better and sound better. It seems like the Bose noise cancellation is a little better as well. The new Quiet Comfort phone app is better than the original. My two biggest complaints are you can only create one custom eq setting and the voice control setting drops off by itself. Supposedly you can adjust the hear through amount in the aware mode but I have yet to figure out how to adjust it. All in all they are a solid set of earbuds with a decent phone app.

Bought the earbuds 2 weeks ago. Sound is great when playing through my iPhone. The Noise cancellation mode is exceptional as it blocks out nearly all peripheral sound. But very disappointed I am not able to use the QC earbuds to listen to TV sound via my Bose 600 Smart sound bar. One of main reasons I purchased the earbuds.

No complaints whatsoever, the only thing I could possibly think of is that it's a bit bulky compared to other models but still fantastic, especially for the price. The noise cancellation is outstanding; it felt like I was at a symphony while in an airplane.

I even gave one as a gift to a family member who was also so happy to get it. It's by all means, one of the best if not the best earbuds on the market right now. I bought this product about 2 weeks ago. My first impression was that the noise cancellation was absolutely amazing. The fit was not right at first but then using the different tips and ear fittings it got perfect. Good product, great company what more could you want.

Great earbuds! Fantastic sound and noise cancellation works well. Rock, Pop, Hip Hop, Jazz, Classical, Spoken Word; these buds handle it all admirably. Absolutely no complaints about the hardware. HOWEVER: Bose needs to step up their game on the app side. I am the proud owner of 3 different products but unfortunately I also have 3 distinct apps for them. All three applications work well in their own right, but this seems like a major gap in what is usually a flawless Bose experience. What a prime opportunity to tie the entire ecosystem into one icon on your phone or tablet. It is rather flabbergasting since their hardware is deceptively simple to connect and use both wired and wireless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Second set of earbuds I have, the first order was bad product, not working, really bad and a huge disappointment, the replacement was sent and it was giving some issues, so I called and the Bose agent was terrible, had no knowledge of the product, wanted for me to remove apps from my phone, and I totally disagreed, why do I have to be made a victim of his lack of knowledge. So I called my 20 year old son and got him involved the Bose agent was so out it was just sad, so my kid just connected the earbuds to my phone immediately without any issues and he asked for me to hang up the phone so we disconnected the call and the results were great but with NO help from Bose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Blocks sound well in quiet mode. In aware mode you can hear background noise too- good for work. What I love most is the FIT. This is my 3rd pair of Bose earbuds, but my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE! Please make in deep plum so I can buy another pair!

I have had these ear buds about 3 weeks now and they are my favorite already. I have worked out with them, mowed the lawn, done chores around the house and used them to listen to music at work. Other earbuds feel like they are slipping out when I work out and get sweaty, these earbuds are comfortable, have an amazing battery life and the noise canceling means I don't have to turn the volume up completely making the battery last even longer. My first choice is usually headphones when listening to music but I think I have found my new favorite listening device.

Earbuds are ok. Nothing special compared to others. The case is disappointing. No keychain or loop to hook. I almost lost the other pieces, you open it and they all fall out. Bose has really cheaped out. While these are comfortable and bose is what I know and have been loyal to, I'll be shopping around next time I'm in the market.
