This product is excellent and I love it so far. Very simple to use and light weight. The controls are very responsive and the awareness mode amplifies your surroundings so you can actually hear what's happening around you. I'm very happy with these and they look and fit great right out the box.

I enjoy using these earbuds. They have a good noise canceling feature that is better than other earbuds I have tried--and the amount of noise cancellation is adjustable, which is nice. I normally don't like earbuds like these because they don't fit my ear well and tend to fall out easily, but I wore these for several hours walking through airports and on planes while traveling recently and they stayed in my ear well. By the end of the day, my ears were a bit sore, but I don't typically wear earbuds for that long normally. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is that the touch feature is VERY sensitive. My first few days of wearing them, I would brush them accidentally when fixing my hair or adjusting an earring and it would pause my music. I've since gotten used to the sensitivity, but it does take some time. I would recommend these headphones for someone that wants amazing noise cancellation earbuds instead of over-ear headphones.

I bought them a few weeks ago and am having the issue as others have had: the buds randomly disconnect even when the battery life for both is in the 90's. I also want to figure out if there's a way to mute the voice that tells me how much battery life is left. I'm using these to sleep, so they're very comfortable, but the voice wakes me up.

I use these working out with weights, elliptical and jumping rope. The noise reduction is less than pricier ones but where I workout that is not an issue. I always like the bose sound. I am a bose fan. My friend and I talk about the bose products. The sound is natural good highs and the bass compliments the midrange and highs. I like the fact bose designs their speaker. I also enjoy the voice commands helpful when using gloves.

I bought these earbuds for the extended battery life and the reviews I saw online, I love Bose products and I'm a loyal customer. I also have the QC II earbuds and I have to say the sound and NC is superior on the QC II, but the fit is better on the new QC earbuds. The QC earbuds still have amazing sound and good NC. A few things I've been having issues with is connectivity, I have issues with the earbuds connecting to my phone or devices at times and the case is not as simple and easy to open. Overall, they are a good pair of earbuds and value for the price.

Received the quietcomfort earbuds 2 weeks ago. These have been the best earbuds that I have ever owned. I used to use Apple AirPods which these don’t even compare. Comfort is a lot better and doesn’t hurt my ears after a hour of use. Noise cancellation is good with quality and providing a HD experience. However, I still can hear my surroundings slightly for safety which is something I value. At first, the earbuds took sometime to figure out to pause when I took off the earbuds but that improved after a couple uses. I wish that it was easier to take the earbuds off and play something on my phone speaker without needing to place the earbuds in the case to disconnect the Bluetooth temporarily. For example: if I want to play a short video to a friend, I wish I could just take off the earbuds and place in my hand temporarily versus needing to place them in the case to disconnect. If I don’t place in the case, it will still play through the earbuds. I also cannot believe the battery life. After 2 weeks, I am still at 100% and I use it on and off throughout the day. Very impressive!

When I returned full time back to the office for work I found it difficult to hold conference calls in my cubicle with all the back ground noise. My Bose quiet comfort headphones are noise canceling, but I needed a boost so in May 2024 I purchased the Bose quit comfort ulta earbuds. I love them they cancel out all background noise and fit good. I only found one problem… battery life. I found myself relying so much on them at work I needed another pair. When I saw the new design and affordable price point I was sold. Had to have them and I’m glad I did!!! I absolutely love the new Bose quit comfort earbuds. They are not my back up pair they are actually my main pair and the comfort ulta earbuds are my back up pair. I can’t get over how comfortable the new quit comfort earbuds are. I wear them the full charge of 8.5 hours a day. The fit makes the sound quality and noise canceling amazing. The case is well done with 2.5 in extra charges. From voice control or tap control these buds are so user friendly. If one happens to fall out the sound immediately stops alerting you.Don’t get me wrong that’s earbuds are great for the office, but they are definitely not all about business!! Music sounds the most amazing coming through these earbuds. The bass and sound quality can’t be beat. The case is wire or wireless charging capacities. I really have nothing negative to say at this price point and Bose is a name you can trust.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Quiet Comforts replaced another brand of earbuds that kept falling out of my ears. The QC's with the little wings stay in place. So, the QC's fit better, feel better and sound better. My only gripes are not with the earbuds, but with the phone app. The app tells you the charge level of the earbuds, but not the charging/carry case. It would also be nice to be able to make more than one custom EQ setting.

I wanted earbuds for my workout sessions that blocked out noise - dropping of weights, gym PA music, people talking. When music is playing - the earbuds do a great job of filtering out the noise distractions. When music cuts over to the next track, outside noise bleeds through. Earbuds are not heavy. They need minor adjustments, in my ears, as they sometimes shift based on exercise movement. App is simple and straight forward for setting up the earbuds. Controls are easy to customize for volume control, noise cancelling and track progression. So far, I am a fan.

I received the Bose Quiet Comfort EarBuds on January 22, 2025. After charging them up, I tried them out. It took a couple of changes to the eartips and stability bands to get the right fit. However, I seem to be constantly adjusting the buds as they are moving about in my ear canal. I wish Bose had stuck to their tried and true method of furnishing eartips with the wings. Because the stability bands aren't doing the job. One other issue that I have is unlike a competitor, The QCE app doesn't provide info on the charge status of the charging case. Yesterday,I took the set out of the house and intended on using the buds, only to find out that not only were the buds batteries discharged, but also the case needed to be charged. Hopefully, Bose will see this issue and update the QCE app. I also use the competitor's earbuds and I find that having the charging case status on the settings very useful. I wish that Bose had used the multiple LEDs like they used on the Bose Sport EarBuds. One other problem that I had is that the buds are too sensitive to the touch, so I had to disable all but the volume. I am now using the Voice Control method. These are the reasons that I only gave it four stars. On the plus side, the sound and the three modes are amazing. I like the fact that there are several EQ modes, and I use the custom one. I thought I would save the best for last.
