Admittedly, I am reviewing as a former Bose enthusiast and am comparing to their previous earbuds so I had high hopes. 1) The ANC is actually worse than all of their previous earbuds, I have tried them all. They are still ok but there is a lot more background sound (yes I tried the different tips, the ones that helped a little made the ANC fluctuate more) 2) The app fails to connect to the product. I was able to connect it on my phone and change the settings but now when it connects to my phone right next to me and click on the product in the QCE app it says it can't connect and that the product should be in range. 3) The plastic on the product and case are cheap 4) Bose removed essential features like the ability to turn off in ear detection and the voice prompts (I turn them off and she still speaks). 5) The ANC will randomly go off while in my ears. Now I can't even connect to the app to change the settings even if there was a setting. It may have to do with in ear detection going haywire but still. I have never had this issue from their other products. 6) I couldn't test the long battery life, which is why I wanted them, because the ANC kept turning off. I guess they have to go back to Bose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very impressed with the sound. The voice control seems to be very sensitive activating when not prompted. It would be nice to have one touch answer and end call vs needing to have two different button sequences. Overall I'm happy with them just growing pains coming from AirPod Pro's.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was scared those earbuds won't perform the way they were supposed to. I did my research and a lot of people claimed faulty Bluetooth connection. Fortunately I didn't have any of those issues so far 3 months in. At first I wasn't happy with them because they were falling out while I was running (use them mainly for my sport activities). But after some time and playing with silicone ear tips included I was finally able to find perfect size and I heavily mitigated the fall out issue. When you run and sweat, naturally it'll be harder for them to stay in, but all things considered they are not bad at all. Audio quality is great, it's Bose after all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I bought these for work a few months ago because I needed to quiet the environment down and the music keeps me focused on my work , I'm very pleased with the noise canceling , few adjustments and they seem to stay in my ears well as I'm constantly going from standing to laying position all day long . The sound quality is outstanding , I got them during a sale so price point was great for my budget! I give em 2 thumbs up

I just got these a few weeks ago and have used them daily at work! I work in a room with machines running that aren't really loud but there is one loud obnoxious person that can be a little over the top! These awesome earbud set to noise cancelling allow me to completely block the surrounding annoyance and immerse myself into whatever I'm listening to that day. The sound is absolutely amazing without even utilizing the equalizer in the app. Awesome product as all of the Bose products are.

I have owned the Bose QC earbuds before these and they are not longer holding a steady charge so I purchased these. I am beyond disappointed. I thought I would just buy the newer version of the earbuds, but these have too many silicone tips/surround options and even given that, these still are terrible! The noise cancelling is NOWHERE near my last pair. And, I have tried every combination of tips/surrounds and none of them give me the comfort or noise cancelling of my previous pair. Also, these things are WAY too tiny. I am at a loss because I need a new set of earbuds. Guess I will be looking at Sony. I love Bose and I own the QC35s as well as my current QC buds that are on the blink. I love(d) both, but these are a such a huge disappointment. Let me know when you make earbuds again that live up to my Bose expectations.

No complaints whatsoever, the only thing I could possibly think of is that it's a bit bulky compared to other models but still fantastic, especially for the price. The noise cancellation is outstanding; it felt like I was at a symphony while in an airplane.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds have outstanding noise cancellation, awesome sound quality, and a secure, comfortable fit. They're perfect for answering phones at work and listening to music in noisy environments. Although slightly bulky and priced on the higher end, their performance makes up for it. Battery life is decent at around 6 hours, with 12 more from the case. BOSE does not disappoint!!

So I have had these earbud about a month now and they are amazing. I use to have Apple AirPods and I won't be going back. The comfort, the light weight, the features, not feeling like the ear buds will slide out when I'm working out, and noise canceling. I like the aware mode and noise canceling mode that the earbud has. I can wear 1 earbud or both, still talk and have a conversation with someone not having to take the earbuds out and in order to block out background noise I don't have to turn the volume up all the way saving both my hearing and the battery life. The sound is crisp sound while listening to music or gives you the movie theater feel while streaming movies. Bose made an outstanding product with these earbuds.
