I am impressed with the sound quality and purchase them to play white noise when I am in an environment (church choir/orchestra) that is too loud for my sensitive hearing. I also find them very convenient to silence temporarily, lower or raise volume, etc.

Regardless of the brand or price, I’ve always had issues with earbuds staying in my ears. I’ve purchased different tips but it has never solved the issue for me UNTIL THESE! These are the first earbuds I’ve ever owned that don’t fall out of my ears! I’m very active and no matter if I’m doing yoga, lifting weights or on the treadmill these don’t budge. THANK YOU BOSE Pros: They have a rubber material that goes around the earbud to not only help it stay snug, but makes the noise cancelling that much more effective. Sound quality is fantastic with so much customization within the app. I love the ability to customize my touch controls to what I use most and it has great responsiveness. Cons: While it is very responsive, I do find that it may be a little TOO responsive at times. In certain yoga poses, or even while hugging family and friends I have accidentally had my music stopped or my calls hung up because of the sensation nature of the touch function. While this can be inconvenient at times, it pales in comparison to the list of features these earbuds offer. Run, don’t walk. At the price these are listed, they are a bargain for everything they offer AND THEY DONT FALL OUT OF YOUR EARS!

Received the quietcomfort earbuds 2 weeks ago. These have been the best earbuds that I have ever owned. I used to use Apple AirPods which these don’t even compare. Comfort is a lot better and doesn’t hurt my ears after a hour of use. Noise cancellation is good with quality and providing a HD experience. However, I still can hear my surroundings slightly for safety which is something I value. At first, the earbuds took sometime to figure out to pause when I took off the earbuds but that improved after a couple uses. I wish that it was easier to take the earbuds off and play something on my phone speaker without needing to place the earbuds in the case to disconnect the Bluetooth temporarily. For example: if I want to play a short video to a friend, I wish I could just take off the earbuds and place in my hand temporarily versus needing to place them in the case to disconnect. If I don’t place in the case, it will still play through the earbuds. I also cannot believe the battery life. After 2 weeks, I am still at 100% and I use it on and off throughout the day. Very impressive!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my QuietComfort earbuds about two months ago, they are indeed very comfortable. The noise canceling is great. The fidelity of the sound is particularly good. I also have Bose headphones which I love. The headphones sound is a little fuller and richer sound than the earbuds, but the earbuds are still very good, and convenient for times when I don’t want a little less bulk than the earphones.

I have owned the Bose QC earbuds before these and they are not longer holding a steady charge so I purchased these. I am beyond disappointed. I thought I would just buy the newer version of the earbuds, but these have too many silicone tips/surround options and even given that, these still are terrible! The noise cancelling is NOWHERE near my last pair. And, I have tried every combination of tips/surrounds and none of them give me the comfort or noise cancelling of my previous pair. Also, these things are WAY too tiny. I am at a loss because I need a new set of earbuds. Guess I will be looking at Sony. I love Bose and I own the QC35s as well as my current QC buds that are on the blink. I love(d) both, but these are a such a huge disappointment. Let me know when you make earbuds again that live up to my Bose expectations.

Had these for about a month, having difficulty learning how to use them, there's a lot of extra things here. They also have wonderful fabulous sound. The quick start guide could have been much more thorough, even for a quick start guide, as well as the definitions of what all those programs are about. I really do absolutely love them but I'm going to be months figuring them out. For instance that extra piece that goes around the outside of the earbud that appears to have something to do with how well they stay in the ear--no explanation or description or reason to use found anywhere.

I bought these earbuds for the extended battery life and the reviews I saw online, I love Bose products and I'm a loyal customer. I also have the QC II earbuds and I have to say the sound and NC is superior on the QC II, but the fit is better on the new QC earbuds. The QC earbuds still have amazing sound and good NC. A few things I've been having issues with is connectivity, I have issues with the earbuds connecting to my phone or devices at times and the case is not as simple and easy to open. Overall, they are a good pair of earbuds and value for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these when I found myself in need of buds. Used to Apple products but love Bose so wanted to give them a try. The sound is great but learning how to get them in your ear can be different. Also they are very light in weight. Last thing- case is light and sleek. If you’re used to apple, these are an amusement but great product.

I purchased this product with high expectations. They are great when it comes to noise cancellation. I have yet to see what else they can do, but they don't stay in my ears. I have adjusted and switched the attachments that came with it. It seems that my ears are to small for the bud to stay within my ear. As soon as I bend over or am constantly moving they slip or fall out of my ear. With the work that I do I can't afford for them to do that. I'll have to try again and look for a product that fit small ears.
