I do like the noise cancelling because my upstairs neighbor makes noise and Bose products help me to calm down with their noise cancelling technology. Thanks Bose!

Love these and ability to customize. Music is awesome. However I can only use one at a time, given that even on “aware” mode I feel somewhat isolated. My problem is that my iPhone does not work well with making or answering calls. Great for tunes those. The excellent sound I expect from Bose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds for a while now, and they've honestly become one of my favorite everyday things. The noise cancellation is wildly good, it's like flipping a switch and instantly muting the world. Great for travel, walks, or even just trying to get stuff done without being distracted. The sound is super clean and rich. Music sounds amazing, and podcasts and audiobooks come through really clearly, which I love. I use them a lot when I'm doing things around the house or going on walks, and they stay comfortable even if I've had them in for a couple hours. They don't slip or bug my ears, which is a big win. Battery life is totally solid, I charge the case maybe once a week? The touch controls are easy to get used to, and I've taken a bunch of calls with them too. No issues on either end. They're not cheap, but honestly, they've been worth it. Just really solid, reliable earbuds that do exactly what I need them to do and then some.

Great earbuds! Fantastic sound and noise cancellation works well. Rock, Pop, Hip Hop, Jazz, Classical, Spoken Word; these buds handle it all admirably. Absolutely no complaints about the hardware. HOWEVER: Bose needs to step up their game on the app side. I am the proud owner of 3 different products but unfortunately I also have 3 distinct apps for them. All three applications work well in their own right, but this seems like a major gap in what is usually a flawless Bose experience. What a prime opportunity to tie the entire ecosystem into one icon on your phone or tablet. It is rather flabbergasting since their hardware is deceptively simple to connect and use both wired and wireless.

These earbuds work really well. I bought these as a competitor to my son's Airpods that work as a "hearing aid in addition to all the other benefits. My Bose earbuds, as usual, has exceptional sound qualities and can completely eliminate ANY sound in quiet mode. Unfortunately, this particular model does not help me with my hearing. My mistaken purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Second set of earbuds I have, the first order was bad product, not working, really bad and a huge disappointment, the replacement was sent and it was giving some issues, so I called and the Bose agent was terrible, had no knowledge of the product, wanted for me to remove apps from my phone, and I totally disagreed, why do I have to be made a victim of his lack of knowledge. So I called my 20 year old son and got him involved the Bose agent was so out it was just sad, so my kid just connected the earbuds to my phone immediately without any issues and he asked for me to hang up the phone so we disconnected the call and the results were great but with NO help from Bose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sound, they fit my ears so well that I forget I'm wearing them. The only thing is that they frequently have this sound like a record scratching during songs and when I use them on a call, the person can't hear me and they cut out.

WOW! I am absolutely stunned by the latest version earbuds. First, the fit and comfort are much improved. Second, the audio produced is unparalleled, somehow even better than previous versions. Third, I love the magnetic catch in the case, similar to the sport earbuds of several tears ago. Fourth, I submitted feedback regarding a graphic equalizer feature be included in the new app. I was pleasantly surprised to see this when I was notified of the new app availability only yesterday. Fifth, I love the quick connection to my android phone, and don't seem to like connectivity even in "dead zone" wifi spaces. Overall, I cannot imagine how this product can be improved. I look forward to taking a deep five into the bew app features, and I'm extremely grateful to have been chosen to test these earbuds. I would welcome the opportunity to test new products in the future. Well done, and keep up the good work.

I think these earbuds are great, great sound quality, great fit and very good noise cancelation. I was just disappointed that I could not trade in my old pair to get these. I am a loyal Bose fan, have been for years, that's why I was so disappointed they would not except trade ins for this product.

Got mine a few weeks ago. Great sound and fit. The only complaint is that there is no option to turn off touch control. I wear them while working out and constantly change music or modes when doing reps. They would be perfect if that feature could be added.
