These earbuds are loaded with state if the art features. Beginning with the fit and comfort level, I don't even realize the earbuds are still in, even after several hours. They have an extremely long battery life as well. They deliver full, rich sound whether listening to music, podcasts, or audio books. Considering music playback, the sound is even across the spectrum of lead and background vocals, and the instrumentation blends seamlessly without diminishing any vocals. They also connect to the app very quickly and retain connection even in reduced wifi environments. The noise reduction capability is first rate, especially in noisy surroundings such as public places and factories. The result is virtually 100 percent noise cancellation. Listening modes are easily changed by tapping or holding an earbud briefly. The equalizer feature allows for customization of current music type to deliver improved sound based on personal preference. The voice control feature is a welcome addition and is easily set up allowing access to other features when both hands are encumbered. The only concern I have is regarding the coating or finish of the product. The earbuds used are white, and could possibly look aged more quickly if not properly maintained. Overall, this is an outstanding product, sure to provide years of listening pleasure.

I am disappointed with my new quiet comfort earbuds. I previously owed a set of QC 30 neckband earbuds that were awesome. Would have bought another set when mine quit working, but they are not available any more, so I settled for the QC earbuds. There was no clear owners manual with them so you have to spend a bit of time figuring them out. Once they were working, they are so touch sensitive that you have to be careful when touching them. They cut out when I get a message and don't automatically restart playing my music.They are hard to connect to a TV. The only thing I like about them is noise cancelling feature. I never had any of these issues with the neckband. I wish they were available again.

So I have had these earbud about a month now and they are amazing. I use to have Apple AirPods and I won't be going back. The comfort, the light weight, the features, not feeling like the ear buds will slide out when I'm working out, and noise canceling. I like the aware mode and noise canceling mode that the earbud has. I can wear 1 earbud or both, still talk and have a conversation with someone not having to take the earbuds out and in order to block out background noise I don't have to turn the volume up all the way saving both my hearing and the battery life. The sound is crisp sound while listening to music or gives you the movie theater feel while streaming movies. Bose made an outstanding product with these earbuds.

I've had these about a month. I tried using them at night when I play my sleep stores. They're not bad, if you get them situated right in your ear they don't cause too much discomfort. Where they are really good is when I mow yard. I put them in and "wow".........couldn't hardly hear the mower at all, and my music sounded great. But then again.........it's Bose! :>)

Product is great. Works as advertised. The documentation, packaging, and apps required are terrible. I have downloaded two different apps. I downloaded the Bose app and it took forever to pair with the ear buds. When it does, I click on the earbud name and it directs me to download another app. I downloaded the other app and it takes another eternity to pair and often won't work at all. Really poor experience with the apps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I currently own the ear buds,the head phones and blue tooth speaker(all Bose)and use all three on a regular basis,bought the ear buds for the gym,was wearing head phones but were too bulky,I've had other ear buds but these fit well and the sound is great but there is a difference between the head phones and buds but considering I've been wearing head phones for4yrs.there a an adjustment period and I've gotten past that so now it's just listening pleasure,thank you

I really like these QuietComfort Earbuds. I have a pair of the Ultra Earbuds as well. The QuietComfort Earbuds have some options that the Ultra Earbuds do not and visa versa. I love that the QuietComfort Earbuds have wireless charging capability. I am very happy with these.

I brought these QCE for my husband for father's day. He loves his ear buds! He is not tech savvy at all. Nevertheless, he was very happy. The sound is awesome & crisp. For him with noise canceling i have to tap him unless he is looking at me.The QCE block out everything. Very easy to connect. We have 4 other Bose products. Great product from Bose.

I bought these for my husband. This is the fourth pair. I pray these last longer than a year he said it was a great upgrade from the old ones. He likes the way they fit in the ear better now. The sound is amazing. Everything about the earbuds are great. They just don't hold up more than a year with his luck.

I am currently living in a hospital and find myself in need of earplugs, headphones, and a blutooth headset. These can fill all those roles. I can play white noise/music or use them in gaming or just put them in quiet mode an enjoy the silence. Way to go Bose, you've done it again!
