People say they can't hear me that good and it sounds like I'm under water talking and they're constantly asking me to repeat myself, come on BOSE I'm about to return them it's defeating my purpose of buying them. I went with these cause I needed noise canceling

I'm obsessed with these!! I knew Bose speakers had brilliant audio but WOW these little earbuds blew me away. I am very particular about sound quality, and a few months into ownership, I'm still amazed every time I use them (which is basically everyday). You can practically feel the bass in your ears. Sometimes I feel like the lowest volume is still too loud, but I think that's a testament to how good the audio is. The noise cancellation is *chefs kiss*. I tend to experience sensory overload and these are a great reduction in external sound—I particularly like the ease of switching modes by just pressing on the earbud. Tried these on a full airplane recently with a lot of unhappy tiny humans and they made a world of difference. I do find the earbud touch controls to be incredibly sensitive, especially when lying down (I found my arm or pillow will trigger the mode switch or even turn them off). This could be fixed with an in-app “sleep” mode. Also the Chilled Lilac is stunning.

A FANTASTIC feel. These really live up to the name. More comfortable than other earbuds I've had. And the Bose sound quality doesn't disappoint. It's what I've come to expect in the best possible way. Clear hi-fi with an impactfull bass that doesn't overwhelm. I've used these working out and there wasn't any issues with them in a spring environment. The noise cancelation works excellent. I normally don't recommend apps, but with these you'd totally want to get the QCE app to help better customize your buds. While I can't praise these guys enough in every category, I think the best part is the price. From the quality, I would've guessed these would cost more than double what Bose is selling them for. Which is great, because now there's an earbud on the market that's super high quality and is actually affordable. Highly recommend

I am impressed with the sound quality and purchase them to play white noise when I am in an environment (church choir/orchestra) that is too loud for my sensitive hearing. I also find them very convenient to silence temporarily, lower or raise volume, etc.

I've been using these since the first day I got them, and I am so impressed! The noise canceling is perfect, and extends to calls as well (I have a relative that always knows when I'm on my blue tooth ear phones, and she couldn'thear anything, and I answered the phone using a shop vac). I love all the features (there is really too many to list, but my faves are the touch controls and the voice controls). The battery also lasts a long time, I didn't even have to recharge the case until over a week after I got them, and I used them for at least two hours a day. The couple things that could be improved are when my hair brushes against the outside of them, it sounds like amplified scratching (probably do to the touch controls), and the case is awkward to open, especially if you have short nails. But the pros severely outweigh the cons, and I am so glad to have these amazing earbuds! I would highly recommend to anyone.

Earbuds stay in my ears good while working out. Sound is excellent. Noise canceling is phenomenal, amazing. Sensors work well, the music stops when I take one of the buds out and restarts when reinserted. I got mine on sale through Bose, and got 35 dollars off on the sale. By far the best ear buds I've ever owned. I no longer have to crank the sound up to drowned out the sounds around me, but they will if needed. Thanks Bose, I didn't even know earbuds like this existed.

Touch Controls: You can customize Single, Double, and Triple Press, as well as Hold functions for each earbud, giving you complete control over your listening experience. Voice Control: Available in multiple languages (English, Chinese, German, French, and Spanish), you activate commands by saying "Hey Headphones." I had a few issues getting this to work reliably, but it might just be a learning curve. One of the standout features is Multipoint connectivity, which lets you seamlessly connect to two devices at once. Switching between my phone and computer was a breeze, which is incredibly convenient. I bought them from another country worried about delivery and transporting but it turned out with no problems at all!! Sound quality is great, bass boost is awesome, noise cancelling is something I've never seen before. The fact that you can turn off noise cancelling mode is awesome. Case is perfect size, would have love to see them with spatial audio or earbuds tracking in case you loose one of them. Bose is doing a really great job so far. I really hope they keep listening to the community and improving their products rather than charging massive prices for bad same re-branded products. So far so good Bose!! Keep it up and here you'll find a loyal costumer!!
