I bought these because I've been having insomnia issues and needed a way to listen to music without waking the rest of the house. They are amazing! Rich sound, and the noise canceling works great, I had someone walk up to me and I didn't even hear them approaching. Buy these!

What a software disaster! Can’t turn off the voice prompt that talks EVERY time you put them in your ear - “Battery level 80%, Voice Commands On.” Seriously? Let me turn that junk off!!! Oh, and it autoplays every time you put them in your ear, and guess what? Yep, can’t turn that off either! The touch controls are too sensitive - don’t bother trying to adjust the fit. You’ll only Jack with every control there is. What a lousy design. Man BOSE is such a pale shadow of who they used to be!

I received these earbuds about a month ago and after charging them once was able to easily pair with my phone. Initially, there was some hissing while the music was playing which was resolved by swapping to the smaller earbud tips. The noise canceling in these buds is impeccable. I used them on a flight and they cancelled the external noise better than the over the ear Bose headphones. I actually used both during the fight to compare. The battery life is very long as I have only charged the case once and have used them during my walk breaks, workouts and flights. Paying with the Peloton bike was very easy as well and the sound is so crisp and clear and the same goes for phone calls. The sound is just amazing. The buds are very sensitive, however and one slight touch will pause the music which can be a little annoying if you have to adjust them in your ear. The volume controls are easy to use and I love the fact that I can change the sound of the music to add more bass, etc. The case small enough to fit into my belt bag but doesn't have a strap or any type of attachment that would make it easier to attach to anything to carry them. Perhaps Bose will develop a carrying case for them. Overall, I am pretty pleased with these earbuds.

I bought these a month ago, and I'm so disappointed. I got them to replace some that I bought in 2020 that finally crapped out. On the plus side, the fit is nice, and the noise cancelling works really well (just what I expected from my last pair). What I hate about them is that the voice that comes on and give you alerts like, "Battery 100%" is really loud, which is problematic for 2 reasons: 1. it just hurts my ears. 2. I use these to sleep to drown out my husbands snoring and the alerts come on when I am asleep and wake me up. Now, let's talk about why that is. It's because these darn things stop working after about 20 minutes. From my research I gather that this is related to not moving. So, if it takes me longer than 20 minutes to fall asleep, they go off before I would like. But, when I AM asleep, they randomly come on with the loud voice to let me know that the battery is 100%. I contacted customer support and was told that there is no way to adjust the volume of the alerts since it's a "default setting." I absolutely hate these things, and I'm planning to return them. I hope I can do that.

Even owning AirPods Pro 2nd Gen, I couldn't resist the allure of Bose QuietComfort earbuds. Their music and bass quality is simply stunning, and the noise cancellation is truly world-class. When immersed in my favorite tunes, it's like I'm in a private concert, with only the music and Bose's signature bass filling my ears.

I've had these for a few weeks now and so far am liking them a lot. As per other reviews wife says the mic isn't the best quality sound although not horrible either. Connectivity is easy and can use each bud independently, a must for me. I've got super small ear canals and lobe so I was very concerned with comfort/pain over time and them staying put during movement, other buds would fall out with something as simple as a smile. Over all this far I can wear them continuously for 4hrs with minimal discomfort, I give it a 3.9/5. Again stupid small ears. They stay put very well although don't waste your money on the stay in place accessories are hey make it worse, wasted $9. Last but not least the ANC function. There are 3 off, on, and aware. Off is normal sound obstructed by something in your ear, on is “oh my where did the world go” (I use mine in an industrial construction environment so yeah wow), and aware u can barely hear what your listening too doubt I'll be using that much. All in all I'd recommend them.
