The Absolute Best Earbuds money can buy!!
The Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds are absolutely the Best Earbuds I have ever owned!!! I never used Earbuds too often because all the earbuds I've tried were uncomfortable to wear, But the Bose are so comfortable and the Sound Quality is so incredible, I rarely remove my Bose Earbuds!! I Love listening to music again and find it difficult to stop! I can wear my Bose for 8+ hours and I don't know that I have Earbuds in. The features of the Bose Earbuds with the Bose QCE App is incredible!! I have always been a big fan of Bose Products, so when I decided it was time for a set of High Quality Earbuds, I thought of Bose!! My car has a Bose Premium Sound System that absolutely Rocks, I have a Bose Wave Radio/CD and absolutely Love it, so the only choice for Earbuds, for me, was Bose!! The battery life is insane! I have not had to charge the case yet and everyday I put my Bose Earbuds in and they say Battery 100%. The Bass of the Bose QCE is Crazy!! It's tight, controlled and prominent, just the way I like Bass! The Mids and Highs, in my opinion, could not be more Perfect! I absolutely Love my Bose QCE Earbuds and could not be happier with my purchase or Bose Products! They are worth their weight in gold as far as I'm concerned and I Highly Recommend the Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds to anyone wanting the very Best in earbuds.
Never buy again
Bose earbuds has different serial number then box label. It didn't match. It may be used item. It don't work, loses connection in right earbud, battery didn't last as per spec. Feels like used item. I went to Sam club store and they didn't take it because serial number doesn't match. Be careful when you buy. I was returning within few weeks , it's useless.

They sound great at first. Then ongoing issues begin. Customer services is frustrating at best; and it takes three weeks to get replacements AFTER they receive the ones you mailed them that failed. And they will. Two to three months (at best) later, you'll go through the process again. (Especially during summer months if you exercise outdoors). Sweat or the lightest drizzle can cause them to malfunction and that may or may not allow you to replace them. Since the company moved all operations overseas and shut down brick and mortars, there seems to be zero quality control much less manufacturing quality consistency. These are NOT the Bose of yesteryear.

Worth the money
These are awesome earbuds. The comfort and sound is beyond what I thought they would be. For almost the same price as AirPods, these are a way better product. As for the battery life, they last days without recharging. I bought a pair for my daughter who was always about AirPods, and she loves the battery life and sound quality of these over the AirPods.
Great fit, even better ANC.
Great fit out of the box. Sound quality is great, and love the amount of features you can adjust in the app. I was very surprised how well the ANC worked. I mowed my yard with them in, and as long as music was playing, you couldn't hear the mower. In between songs you could barely hear it running, which is nice considering how loud mowers are. I have yet to be let down by any Bose product I have purchased.
Sound Quality Doesn't Meet Price
I've always wanted Bose headphones. I found the price point to be a little high for me, but I decided to pull the trigger on these. I'm coming from the soundcore A40 which have some really good ratings and incredible sound. Considering the price point I thought that these would be at least as but hopefully better with more durability. They are definitely neither of those the sound quality of these is pretty poor when comparing them to my $45 A40's I assume they would last longer than those but not going to wait to find out because I'm not enjoying the sound quality. I will say that comfort is in the name and they are definitely comfortable. They don't seem to fall out of my ear as easily as my previous pair and they just have a nice fit, but what does that even mean because everyone's ear canal is different. This work for me may not work for you. I think for the price these are not worth it. I had them for about three days and then I started the return.
