Nice noise reduction & sound. Inconsistent control of play, sound, etc. Do NOT stay secure inside ears

These are horrible if you have to talk on them because you sound like your talking through a fast food drive through speaker underwater!!

Does not fit in ear, went to go return a week later and unable to customer service show different Zer0 number on box and product! And refused to take back. The same girl that sold me them was at the return counter, and of course didn’t remember me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this as a gift and love it. Appreciated being able to customize the controls on the Bose app. Charges very quickly and I didn't even realize it can be charged wirelessly. May not be the best for running but great for everyday listening.

ok I brought these for my daughter and she cant stop saying positive dadte about these buds she love all of it love how they dont feel like they're in her ear and also how they dont fall out well designed according to her I'm just the dad buying for his daughter

Purchased these AirPods as I wanted something soft in my ears rather than the hard ones from Apple that feel extremely uncomfortable after wearing them for any length of time. I'm extremely happy with these Quiet Comfort EarBuds and impressed with their sound cancelling feature. I used them this week for a long distance interstate travel - they were perfect.

Performance was unbelievably awful. Used these for a couple of weeks and it constantly struggled to pair with my phone and when it did only the left earbud would work. I'd leave the buds in the case to charge and it would automatically connect to my phone. Cherry on top of the cake, the sound quality was poor. Every person I spoke to mentioned how far away I sounded or they could barely hear me.So sad because in my experience, I've never had an issue with Bose over ear headphones but these earbuds are a completed dud.

Are the headphones great? Yes Do they have great noise cancellation? Yes Is the app horrible? Yes Are the settings horrible? Yes So horrible I have a great pair of headphones a two star review? Yes The setting control on the side of the head phones is so sensitive my hair changes the settings. The headphones don't remember your settings so you have to constantly go into the app and update them. The same app that hardly ever connects to said headphones. Buy them if a horrible user experience doesn't bother you.
