[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Bose QuietComfort Earbuds! So much rich tones and deep sounds coming from such small devices. They fit neatly into my ears and block out the everyday noises. It's like I'm immediately immersed into my own mini concert during my workouts and runs. It's truly amazing. I highly recommend!

They sound great at first. Then ongoing issues begin. Customer services is frustrating at best; and it takes three weeks to get replacements AFTER they receive the ones you mailed them that failed. And they will. Two to three months (at best) later, you'll go through the process again. (Especially during summer months if you exercise outdoors). Sweat or the lightest drizzle can cause them to malfunction and that may or may not allow you to replace them. Since the company moved all operations overseas and shut down brick and mortars, there seems to be zero quality control much less manufacturing quality consistency. These are NOT the Bose of yesteryear.

A must have for daily use. The quietness is amazing letting you listen to every note. No other product comes close to it for perfect quiet and comfort. 10 gold stars from my experience.

The only problem I tend to have with these are that after a while they start to go all static for some reason not sure why but they are very expensive to keep buying more so this will probably be my last pair ever unless that issue gets resolved.

The 2nd gen I use around the house and for gentle activities or on my boat The 1st gen I use outdoors while biking or working in the yard. The fit is great. You can wear for hours and your ears don't get sore. The noise cancelling is great, especially while walking down a busy road. The immerse audio is great for classic rock like Pink Floyd and Supertramp. I've just really like these air buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the earbuds now for about three years And I am really satisfied with how it prefers especially when I need to isolate myself from the busy world and when you're right to even write an airplane I used it for like two flights now and it really does reduce the sound from the plane and makes you Be on the plane but not on the plane and that's how powerful the The Isolation of the sound is from the product and I really love the The earbuds it doesn't hurt even if it's on your in your ear for a long period of time and sometimes you forget that you have it yes really really satisfied.

These are different than my last and it took a few minutes to figure out how to get them situated in my ear, but I like them much better than the older version. Very comfortable and work even better. Love them and will always stick with Bose for my ear gear.

We recently did our backyard and that little speaker fills up the whole yard with award-winning sound. I've been buying those products since the mid 80s. My first purchase was the acoustic mass 10. Bose is a little bit more money but you get what you pay for nothing else compares. I have 15 oh speakers throughout my house my wife and my children love music. I bought a SoundTouch 300 system 10 years ago. It still feels like I'm at the concert. Those products are unmatched. You can try the rest, but Bose is the best.

My wife has both the Bose open-ear for everyday around the house and noise-cancelling headphones for flying and loves them both. You just can't go wrong with any of them.

I usually never write reviews but for this I think I should do justice and let others know how important this has become in my life. I listen to my favourite music, news, social media posts movies, audio posts whatsapp posts and so on... It takes me to a different world and the quality of sound has just no comparison to anything. At the same time I can use it to receive calls and make long distance calls with full clarity. so convenient to hear and long battery life. Trust me you should not deprive yourself of not having it.
