My local club got rid of the Greenies Pill Pockets, which were soft and my dog loved and he took his pills quickly. Now they have these. They are hard and he tries to chew them and the pills end up on the floor of messy pill pocket debris. I don't know if it is the taste or the consistency, but these are no good. Bring back the Greenies!

A poor substitute for the previous pill pockets

Horrible.  These pill pockets are hard.  My dog actually spits out his pill because these are so hard that he has to really chew them.  With the Greenies pill pockets, he had no problem because they were soft and pliable and my dog didn’t have to chew very hard.  These are especially horrible for senior dogs with less teeth….

Horrible Brand of pill pickets

Dogs seem to like the taste but they are very stiff and large, can't be easily split and when the dog bites them the pills often fall out.  Wished they were a replacement for Greenie's Pill Pockets, but sadly they don't compare.  And ingredients are artificial, not at all natural or healthy. Bring back Greenies or a similar product, please.

No Substitute for Greenies!

These were absolutely disgusting. I am not sure if this is how they were supposed to be, or if I got a bad batch, but mine were dry, hard, and black. They were not pliable at all, which is the reason you buy these. I had to return my box. I will not be buying this brand again.

Terrible for encapsulating pills

The only pill treats my lab will eat…literally. He loves the chewy texture because it hides the pill a little better than the soft mushy Greenies brand pill pockets. And I’m assuming they must really taste good because he spits the other stuff out, but gobbles these right up. Last time I bought them, there was a clearance sticker on the price label…I don’t know what we will do if our Sam’s Club stops carrying them!

Hope these are always available!
