Love them, but.

I love the quality of sound that they provide. The quiet mode is the best I have tried. The only thing that I do not like is that the right one tends to fall out while mowing the lawn or doing any activity other than working at my desk. It would be awesome if Bose would make an over the ear retention style adapter for these. Others just don't seem to have the sound quality. Not a specific Bose issue but this style of earbuds does not provide ambient noise cancellation for the person on the other end of a phone call. It would be real cool if they could be equal to the ambient noise control of the Blue Parrot headsets.

Comfort and great sound

Third pair of Bose Earbuds. Love fit and sound quality. These actually replace a working pair that will now be used on a specific device, while the new ones are dedicated to my phone. Have not got the hang of voice commands yet. Would be nice for adjusting sound when walking. They pair with phone nicely and are perfect for taking calls

They work good but thinking a lot toget a ncharger

I bought this ones less than a month, and the earpieces work great, but the charger case I got rain at work was having it in my pants and they get wet and stop working Sound I really good but, u need to make more resisting to the water, now I have to buy another accesorie a new charger for it

Zero complaints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m new to Bose and I can’t be more satisfied. The comfort, sound customizations and battery duration exceed all expectations. I was previously hardwired to my phone and am so glad to have finally cut the cord with Bose.

The only earbuds I can wear

I lost my last open earbuds so had to get a new pair. As usual the quality, sound and ease of pairing is excellent. They are super comfortable which is why I replaced the lost pair right away. I wish there was a simple way to attach and Airtag so that I have a way to find them if I lose them. The only thing I was disappointed in was the matte finish of the case. My last ones were irridescent sunset and the case was so pretty. The new ones are Deep Plum and the case is matte. The buds themselves are lovely though.

Won’t be buying again.

I bought these June 12 and as of July 5th it no longer works properly. The right earbud doesn’t work. The quiet controls still work but no media plays. I haven’t dropped them, there’s no damage. I just took them out of my ears, put them back in, and it didn’t work. I won’t be getting these again. They also weren’t very noise cancelling to begin with.

Diaappointed

Bought the earbuds 2 weeks ago. Sound is great when playing through my iPhone. The Noise cancellation mode is exceptional as it blocks out nearly all peripheral sound. But very disappointed I am not able to use the QC earbuds to listen to TV sound via my Bose 600 Smart sound bar. One of main reasons I purchased the earbuds.

Need old model back

I don’t like them at all. I wish my old model had not stopped working. I have tried everything to get the fit right but I can’t. I’ve tried to get the noise cancelling to work right but it doesn’t. I have sensory issues and I really need the features to be perfect. Basically I can’t use them but I’m stuck with them.

Great

I bought these a month ago and it took me a bit to find the "sweet spot" but once I found it I have been happy ever since. I am extremely hard of hearing and wear hearing aids that are connected to my phone so I cannot use the Earbuds while wearing the hearing aids but other than that I am very happy with my purchase.

Great sound hard to keep in ears

The sound quality is exceptional. My experience thus far has been more functional. The sound drops out for no apparent reason. I have trouble keeping them in my ears. I have followed the advice from the videos to change the ear tips and stability bands to find the best fit. To be fair, I have one ear that is not like the other so the earbud does not stay put.
