I bought these a couple weeks ago and so far I really enjoy them. Had a few issues with trying to answer phone calls (ended up disconnecting the call) turning up the volume. Definitely has good clear sound.

When using my cell phone for a call everyone says they hear and Echo. It is very frustrating. I have tried to report it to Bose and they have done nothing to help

I bought the Ultra Open Ear buds for my bf for his bday. He's said he loves the style and it's very comfortable but the volume does not go loud enough for him. He doesn't know if something is wrong with them. He's had them less than a month.

Got my buds a couple of weeks ago and just love them! My ears don't handle the "in ear" buds well at all - these are perfect with amazing sound quality and still able to be aware of surroundings.

Game changer for out of ear headphones. Music is so clear while being able to hear all surroundings which is important to me because of all six of my kids that need my attention
