[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love them so much! I love the open design that enables me to still be aware of my surroundings. The sound is amazing, so glad my husband talked me into returning the other pair I purchased.

Used them twice and they stopped responding. Lights on the inside of the case remained on despite resetting, removing/reattached ear buds. Tried firmware update, did not remedy.

BOSE hit a home run! These are truly unbelievable. There are no other earbuds like these, they are unique. At first I thought they might just be good for phone calls, but they are excellent for music too.

I watch many of the reviews and was looking for something with open ear. All the reviews say they're good as far as sound quality, I would rate them great as far as sound quality for an open ear bud.

Best earbuds I have personally had to date. Don’t even even know they’re in. In fact I forget they’re in the sound quality is awesome. Just wish they were chargeable without a cord and they need to have a Find My friend feature if lost

Meets Bose sound quality high standards. I am generally satisfied except sometimes it's difficult to hear phone conversations in some environments when there are external noises.
