I ultimately could not use them due to my ears being too wide in the area where they would fit the best. Good product overall but my ears would not cooperate for a good fit.

BOSE has always provided top of the line noise cancelling sound in a variety of styles and these earbuds meets their high standards. I am a frequent flyer (+30 times per year) and could not imaging flying without these earbuds. While immersed in the noise cancelling mode the sound is of the highest quality and the plane noises do not get through. I have become so enamored with this product I've forgotten how loud planes can be.

I really love the fit of the Bose quite comfort earbuds. Other brands hurt my ears, these do not. Amazing noise cancelling. The only downside is that you have to get used to how sensitive they are to touch. Any slight touch will command them, like turning on and off.

Also, being able to still hear my surroundings while listening to music or an audiobook is wonderful! Great for wearing around the house, working out, or going for a walk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate leaving such a bad review because I love Bose and their products but I have to be honest about this one. I have owned a pair of Bose earbuds in the past and I had a slight issue with it so I had to trade them in for these since the ones I had have been discontinued . I will admit the sound quality on these are amazing and they're super comfortable to the point where I can watch a movie for several hours and even forget I have them on. However..... when it comes to making a phone call, they suck . many times I have had people tell me I sound very far away or they cannot hear me at all. it has gone to the point whenever I need to make a phone call I have to disconnect them. I thought people were exaggerating until I called a number where you can hear your own sound when you speak and I was in disbelief of how bad the microphone is . I tried everything from cleaning them to doing a warranty exchange and the results has been the same. I looked up online and so many other reviews of people having the same problem with these earbuds. I would not recommend anybody to get them if you want to use them for a phone call. However if you just want to use them for listening to music or watching something on your device the sound quality is great.

I have had my Bose Ultra Open Earbuds for about a month now. I am really surprised at how well the sound quality is for being an open earbud. These earbuds are perfect for the office environment if you need to listen to the conversations or loud speakers announcements. It is not very well suited for the gym with the gym music going. I do have my Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra earbuds for being around the gym. I am disappointed in the battery life in immersion mode. I used my Bose Ultra Open Earbuds to do yard work and left them in immersion mode and about 3 hours i got a 10% battery alert. To be fair though when I started my yard work i had been wearing my Bose Ultra Open Earbuds all day, so they were not fully charged. Speaking of which the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are so comfortable to wear all day. I don't even notice I had they on all day. I really like these Ultra Open Earbuds so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried a lot of premium earbuds over the years (Sony, Apple, Raycon, etc.), but the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds are the ones that finally made me say “this is it.” The noise cancellation is straight-up magical. I can hop on a loud train, sit in a noisy café, or even mow the lawn and it feels like someone just hit the mute button on the world. The “Aware” mode is also surprisingly natural — no weird pressure or robotic sound like I’ve experienced with other brands. Sound quality is rich, balanced, and punchy, especially once you tweak the EQ a bit in the Bose Music app. Bass is deep without being muddy, and vocals sit perfectly. They’re incredibly comfortable too — I can wear them for 4–5 hours straight with zero ear fatigue, which is rare for me. Battery life is solid (around 6 hours with ANC on, and the case gives you multiple top-ups), and the touch controls are responsive and customizable. The only minor nitpick is that the case is a little bulky compared to some competitors, but I’ll gladly trade that for the insane ANC and comfort. If you value peace and quiet above everything else and want earbuds that disappear in your ears, these are worth every penny. I reach for them every single day and honestly can’t imagine going back. Highly, highly recommended. Bose nailed it with these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a different style of earbuds, not that they're bad or uncomfortable, just different than your average earbuds. You get benefits with this style of buds, like not having to clean ear gunk off of them due to the fact they don't actually go in your ears. They sound great and fit well. Also, because it has 1 push button on each bud, you will have to memorize the controls for volume and skipping songs. Not that difficult to remember. Plenty loud, and well built.
