The only thing that I have a small issue on is thst if I have them on my ears to long my ears start to hurt. Need to take frequent break about e ery 30-45 min. Other then that they are great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the open earbuds about a month ago to replace my AirPods Pro, unfortunately for big guys with big ears this won’t make it specifically while speaking over the phone, they other person will have a hard. Time trying to hear you. Other than that the lightweight allows to use them for very long time and not having many discomfort, also the spatial sound is really good. At the end, if Bose can make a fusion between the open earbuds and quiet comfort, I believe it will make a great hit

The sound was just what I wanted. The comfort was just what I wanted. What I didn’t expect was the range! I can go anywhere in my house and the connection stays perfect. I can work out in my yard without needing to keep my phone in my pocket! I can almost go all the way across the street without losing connection. Wow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought them a month ago and can honestly say they are the best earbuds I've ever owned. The sound is clear and I can still have it feel fairly loud without other people saying they can hear anything coming from them. And they actually stay in my ears unless I do something that disturbs them, like taking off my shirt or something. The only real con is that they don't have any "find my buds" feature so I lost the left ear bud within the first week and wasn't able to find it and warrantee doesn't cover loss so you have to buy another pair at a discounted rate. Worth it, though buying a protection plan may also be worth looking into as well.

I can hear what is going on around me without sacrificing sound quality. I will never buy a pair of non Bose headphones again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way they feel. I was so afraid when I fell asleep in them one night, but they stayed in and the power was still on. They are so comfortable I forget I have them in sometimes. It feels as if people are right next to you when talking on the phone and they look very nice. I feel that they are better for my hearing as well, the music is never so loud that I can not her what is going on around me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got these headphones, and I really like how they clip on my ears and the fact that I can lay in bed unless some music until I fall asleep or even an audiobook. Now the only complaint that I have is the microphone cutting out when I am recording a voice message or on a phone call. Everyone says they can’t hear me. I felt really sad about it especially because it is brand new. Hopefully Bose can come up with a fix for them!

I previously had the other “fruit” brand, and I just couldn’t stand how easily there would hang up or disconnect. I don’t Have that issue with these. I love using it to edit on my phone, listen to music and even talk on the phone. No one ever complains of not being able to hear be during a call. I design is so nice and discreet! Loveeee !

I primarily use these for pc gaming so I don’t disturb others around me. I also use them around the house while working on daily tasks. The sound, especially the bass is better than I had expected. I would definitely buy them again as they have met and exceeded expectations.
