I use mostly in an office where I need to hear what is around me at the same time. However these are also perfect for walks/runs/working out because they don't slip off and take hours to hurt my ears.

Good sound quality is very good clear rich bass..easy to set up…easy to wear..and it’s there all day long..not easy to fall off.. Great 👍 Bad.when I’m called all the answers .said the same is POOR from me it’s hard to hear 👂 I’m Bose customer about 20 years..maybe it’s to long time to try something else..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t contain my excitement about these headphones I picked up a month ago! They’ve completely transformed my solo runs as I train for a marathon. I was a bit worried at first, but wow, these headphones are a game-changer! The sound quality is incredible, allowing me to enjoy my favorite tunes while still staying aware of my surroundings. If you’re running solo, you absolutely need these in your life – I can’t recommend them enough!

After 3 months of use I can say the Ultra Open Earbuds’ sound/fit/comfort are all great. Battery life Is…ok. Luckily they charge relatively quickly. The Bluetooth connection (iPhone 15 Pro Max) has been terrible. I lose connection to one earbud pretty often with PiP. The app will also unpair randomly, so I can be connected in phone settings while listening to something, but the app will report a failure to connect. I’ve been through all the recommended steps to resolve without any improvement. That said, I didn’t have any issues until the latest firmware update, so hopefully that goes away soon. I see the UO Earbuds as the more convenient and discreet evolution of the Bose Soundwear, which I still love and use …while my buds charge. Overall, the concept is awesome and the initial execution is promising but leaves me wanting more. I hope Bose expands on the UOE and delivers a polished 2nd gen.

I bought these a few weeks ago. I have an IPhone they don’t stay connected so I have to keep connecting them. There is some static and the sound is not great. Even after collaborating them and changing the settings on EQ. People have complained about not being able to hear me or that I sounded very low or far away or muffled! Smh They are however comfortable to wear and keep a good charge for all day listening. I have several Bose products and this isn’t any comparison with the sound it provides for music!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been dreaming of these earbuds since before Christmas. They worked great for the first week, then every day around 3pm, like clockwork, the left earbud loses sound. The controls work. Just no sound. Nor will it work if I disconnect and reconnect. I was eligible for a replacement, so I sent them in, and a couple of weeks later. I had my new pair. Once again excited, they worked perfectly for about a week, then the left one stops working every afternoon. It's a disappointment. I almost feel like I ended up with my original pair. So, now I'm basically out $300 dollars, with 1 working earbud, that literally just decided to follow suit of its counterpart, and stop playing sound! When they do work, the sound is amazing!!

Cons: When making phone calls people cant hear me while we are talking sometimes so that kinda stinks. the phone is right next to me so im not sure why buds/phone are cutting out. They feel good on my ears and I can hear what is going on around me. Much better than an ear bud that fits in my ear. The sounds quality is really good too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought them a month ago and can honestly say they are the best earbuds I've ever owned. The sound is clear and I can still have it feel fairly loud without other people saying they can hear anything coming from them. And they actually stay in my ears unless I do something that disturbs them, like taking off my shirt or something. The only real con is that they don't have any "find my buds" feature so I lost the left ear bud within the first week and wasn't able to find it and warrantee doesn't cover loss so you have to buy another pair at a discounted rate. Worth it, though buying a protection plan may also be worth looking into as well.

I love these earbuds! While I have other Bose products that I use when I'm trying to block out sound and focus, I really like using these for most other activities during the day. I usually have trouble with other earbuds falling out of my ears or being uncomfortable to wear for extended periods of time since my ears are on the small side. I haven't had any of those issues with this product. These earbuds are really comfortable since you can move them to adjust to different parts of your ear if needed. I do think it is important to note that they may be uncomfortable to wear with piercings if you have a lot on the middle section of your ear, but I don't after figuring out the right placement over a few wears. I think this product is perfect for working out or walking around. I'm able to hear important noises like cars or other people at a normal volume while fully listening to my music. I was surprised how easily it is to hear both so clearly! I move around a lot while exercising and I have never had them fall off of my ears which is really great. The sound quality is great like the other Bose products that I have had. I had fun playing with the immersive audio settings on these earbuds with certain songs. I think it suits some songs really well and makes listening to them even more interesting. I have found that the earbuds stay charged for a long time and I don't need to recharge them often. I forget to charge anything other than my phone pretty often so its super important to me to have devices with good battery life and these definitely fit the bill. I was worried about others being able to hear the sound from the earbuds, but I have found that they are surprisingly quiet and only faint noises can be heard if they are turned up super high, much higher than I listen to my music. I would definitely recommend these earbuds and I have been using them daily since I got them!
