Everything is great, except my unit broke down 1 month after purchased. The left earbud won't be able to charge and stop working completely while the right one still functioning properly. Anyway I am happy with the sound quality and its features. So, I contacted the service center for replacement ^^

Love the sound quality and color of the earbuds. I liked how they came with different sizes to adjust the comfort of the earbuds. My ears can’t handle wearing them for too long right now but I think it’s because my ears are used to my old earbuds still. But they make music and podcast sound amazing. I love the quiet, off, and aware features.

I've had my Bose Ultra Open Earbuds for two weeks. These are the most comfortable earbuds I've owned; I forget I'm wearing them! They're perfect for the gym!! I really love the sound quality when listening to music, so immersive and beautiful! However, people have told me they cannot hear me well when we are talking on the phone. For me, it's really about the comfort and especially the music!!!

Finally someone figured it out how to make earbuds for sports. These actually stay in the ear, no matter how much you sweat and jump. The sound is great, actually, and they don't seal up your ear. Best earbuds for running I ever tried. (Just the price, ....)

This earbud is perfect and I love them so much, it exceeds my expectations, they are good for everything you need a earbud for and it’s so comfortable that I can wear them all day. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These devices are excellent in terms of sound and ANC as well as being a comfortable fit. However, the sensors that recognize when the buds are in your ear are at best faulty. A lot of time you are putting the sensor on and one of the ears does not recognize the bud so the sound is only coming from one ear. Imagine if you are on the go, and you are not able to put these buds back into the charging case for a reset, it completely breaks the use case of these earbuds.

I bought the deep plum ones for my birthday. The color is yummy. Then I used them. I had to tweak the placement on my right ear to make sure it was in line with the one in my left ear. I tried the stereo option for music. I didn't like it, so I tried the immersion sound. Wow. The music sounded as though I had my UltraComfort headphones on. Every time I moved my head, the music didn't fade out. I could hear all the instruments and the lead singer with no issues.

I have a ton of different ear piercings making it difficult to wear any kind of ear buds or over ear headphones comfortably. I find that these are so comfortable to wear with all my earrings and the sound is still excellent!
