The first thing I noticed is how comfortable they are. Unlike traditional earbuds, these don’t sit inside your ear canal, so I can wear them for hours without any discomfort. I even forget I’m wearing them sometimes. Sound quality is exactly what you’d expect from Bose—clear, balanced, and surprisingly immersive for an open-ear design. Music sounds great, but what really stands out is how I can still hear my surroundings. That’s been super helpful when I’m out walking or at work. Battery life has been solid, and the connection has been reliable with no annoying dropouts. I also like the sleek design—they look modern and don’t feel bulky. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that they’re not meant for complete noise isolation, but that’s actually the point of this design. Overall, I’d highly recommend these to anyone who wants great sound without being completely cut off from the world. Definitely worth it.

Also, being able to still hear my surroundings while listening to music or an audiobook is wonderful! Great for wearing around the house, working out, or going for a walk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these well over a year ago and use them daily! I have other open ear buds but these are my go to ones! They sound better than all the rest for any kind of music and were easy to set up! I did lose one the other day and used a third party app to find it, so if I had to give it any kind of negative it doesn’t have a “find” application even though I only need it once since I had them! Because of the price they were not my first choice but they would be today! If your on the fence don’t be, I was pleasantly surprised with them over all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought several pairs of these, and they all fail miserably to work consistently with my iPhone and Apple Watch on a consistent pace basis. I expect to be able to go to work out and put them into my ear and listen to music while I work out without having to take a half hour each time to repair them with my watch. I also found that one year would consistently lose charge and so I only was able to get one bud working most of the time.I worked endlessly with tech-support to no avail and after months of frustration, I bought a pair of AirPods Pro 3 and I’ve given all of my Bose earbuds to Goodwill. I found that I cannot use the on a regular basis without issues and a lot of handholding and found many times even with that they did not work properly. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First the positive side. The sound quality is tremendous. I love Bose sound as I have the EarPods as well as the noise canceling headphones. I don't believe Bose quality can be beaten as far as sound. Now the downside. The charging case for the EarPods Is poorly made. Shortly after I received my new Bose EarPods, I had the EarPods out and accidentally dropped the case onto a wooden floor Not more than one foot above the floor. The top of the case broke off easily and I've had to glue it back on. On a later time, it dropped again and again broke off. There is very little that holds the top to the case. This is quite disappointing. As far as keeping the EarPods in my ears, this is probably more my problem than Bose but I can't seem to keep the right side in as it continues to fall out. I do recommend buying these as the sound quality is worth it but I would recommend Bose do something to strengthen the charging case. Again the same quality is tremendous But the case is poorly built and I have trouble keeping The AirPods in my ears even trying the different sizes.

I don't like earbuds that go in my ear and these sit so nicely outside my ear but provide a superb sound quality. I can wear them for hours without the ear fatigue I get from other earbuds.

He loves that he can still hear his buds clearly, along with the outside world, which is especially useful being a mechanic. 10/10 recommend!
