Purchased a month ago seeking a replacement to my air buds, Sound is amazing as is the comfort, I am disappointed in the inability to connect to multiple devices. I will continue to assess but not sure if these are right for an apple user. Comparing apple and oranges. So disappointed as I really wanted them to work out for me as the comfort and design amazing

The good thing is that they are super comfortable, you can hear them very well and they last a long time. The bad thing is that when they call you, they don't hear you well or they don't hear you at all and when you're fine, some video loses sound or has some interference.

Purchased primarily to connect to my soundbar 700 to hear television programs better without blasting everyone else out. This is great feature to connect via Bluetooth that makes viewing more enjoyable. I also wear the earbuds for workouts too and they sound great in immersive mode. Pricey but glad I bought.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the idea of these headphones so much I actually bought two pairs of them a few months ago. One black, one blue. I must say that before going any further I love them. The headphones are the most comfortable, most convenient, the best sound, and a good microphone. It's the whole kit & caboodle. I was disappointed to find that the black pair had connectivity issues to the point where I actually return them. I kept the blue ones because they are doing a good job. If they continue to operate consistently for a year, I'll buy another pair and consider the black pair a fluke. I've bought many Bose products in the past without that issue, so I can only imagine it was a one-off.

I bought this product about a month ago and overall it's been great. Being a lifelong Apple earbud user it took me a while to get used to the fit and feel of the Bose. Other than that I've been thrilled with the purchase; the sound is so much better than my previous earbuds!

Great earphones, I get plenty of compliments too for how discrete they are. I love them because they stay on and have excellent sound quality. Only pet peeve is the microphone, the sound isn’t too good for calls in even in less noisy situations. You can hear your surroundings but your caller will too and they’ll miss every other word. I think the mic is just too far and not too reliable. Otherwise they are perfect. I switch to handset mode when I make or receive a call with these earbuds or use my PowerBeats Pro. The Beats’ microphone is closer to my mouth and picks up less background noise 🤷🏻‍♀️

Love these! The option of Quiet, Off, or Aware for outside noise is awesome. Still working on getting used to the voice activated controls, but that's a nice additional option to have as well. Battery life is excellent and the Bluetooth connection is awesome! As always, the Bose sound is the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love love my new earbuds. I never thought anything could be better than airpods but these ARE!!! I love the fact that I can hear my music/audio but also be aware of my surroundings. I was always so scared with my airpods when I was running in the park because I did not know if something was happening around me but with my new open earbuds I feel a lot better and safer.

I've had these a few weeks now, for the music experience they are great. If I use them to talk on the phone, they are terrible. I hear the person on the other end okay, but they say the ambient noise is terrible from me and echoes terribly. It is not a good experience for the other person. I would not suggest using them for anything other than listening to music.

I bought the Ultra Open Earbuds two weeks ago and I absolutely love them! They are very comfortable to wear and I can still be aware of my surroundings while I play my favorite music. I especially like the fact that I don’t have to insert them into my ear while still getting the excellent quality of sound! As always, you have done a great job, Bose!!
