[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these earbuds. I don’t know what’s up with my ears but no regular ear buds will stay in my ears for any amount of time. The grip on these is firm but comfortable. I love being able to hear my surroundings and still enjoy amazing sound quality. At higher volumes, I can’t hear any normal sounds around me but any sudden loud sound is evident. They’re really nice for my runs. I can also use them while I’m running around the house getting tasks done. They’re loud enough that I can enjoy my podcasts in my kid-filled house, but I don’t have to pause when my kids come asking questions.

I'm glad Bose sent this survey after some time of having and using the product. I really like these earbuds, they are very comfortable after you get used to them being on your ear and most importantly, don't fall off with regular head movements. They are small and easy to lose and must have the case nearby to reset and recharge them. When using these outdoors they have a hard time overpowering outside noises (cars, planes, loud things) Overall I really like them and would recommend them to you to have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the open earbuds about 3 weeks ago and have really enjoyed them. The only issues I have is when in a crowded area and using to talk on the phone, the other person on the phone had a hard time hearing me. I do use them to work out and they fit and stay on amazingly, there is only when it is louder in the gym and the thing on my phone I am listening to even at full level sometimes I can't hear great but that is only a handful of times. I do love being able to hear the outside area, especially when walking my dog as you can still be aware of your surroundings. Overall I would rate these really good and I knew going into the purchase that they would be a different sound than my airpods

I have been using the ultra open for a little bit. For comfort and ease of use at work on constrution sites i would give these a 10 out of 10. I have had a few times where they have waivered with signal with the phone in my pocket. The sound is great when positioned properly. Talking on them sucks. Everyone keeps saying "can you repeat that". Hence the reason I couldn't give it 5 out of 5.

I bought them a few weeks ago and am having the issue as others have had: the buds randomly disconnect even when the battery life for both is in the 90's. I also want to figure out if there's a way to mute the voice that tells me how much battery life is left. I'm using these to sleep, so they're very comfortable, but the voice wakes me up.

I tried to initiate a return and shared a photo clearly showing a defective connection. Person tried to tell me nothing was wrong!! Had to convince them the prong was deficient. Now have to wait over a month for my replacement ear buds!!

Got these 4 months ago. These are hands down the best earbud type headphones I’ve ever owned and I’ve tried ALOT! My ears are really small so all others I tried either fall off, fall out, and just plain hurt my ears. These headphones right here are the truth!! They clip on which is so much better. They are comfortable, stay on my ear, and do not hurt. Most of the time I forget they are on. They are better than advertised, and of course sounds quality is great. This is a real review, not something fake to get you to buy it. I’m just very appreciative.

I’m not a fan of them at all, I own just about all Bose head sets and others products of Bose, I’m a long time customer. These ear plug have excellent sound however, it’s difficult to wear in my left ear, it’s discomforting in my left ear, it’s very discomforting, I gave them to my daughter who’s paying me installments! lol!

I purchased this product about two months ago. It becomes a little painful after a while(nothing unbearable), easily falls off with no way to track them, and too pricey. With all that being said, it’s a first generation and I’m looking forward to trying the 2nd and 3rd generation models.

Awesome sound, but wish it was a bit brighter and stronger at higher volumes, which is needed for running. If I sit still in a quiet room it is quite nice. When I need at higher volumes, the EQ seems to change to a lesser brilliance & power. I’m still not sure. The thing I like best as a runner is no stomping sounds in the ear buds! So annoying! So, this aspect is great. But! I live great audio too. One running review said the Comfort version provides both stellar audio & no stomping feedback.
